San Remo Grand Hotel

Espantoso, no se les ocurra ir, se corto el agua caliente, el estacionamiento es una mentira, solo entran motos, autos ninguno, cucarachas en la habitacion, las habitaciones chicas , con respecto al trato despúes de insistir nos dieron otra habitacion con agua caliente, todo mal, no vayan, hagan como nosotros, NUNCA MAS

Hotel viejo, sucio, sin agua caliente. Abrí la ventana de la pequeña habitación triple que me tocó y había un techo asqueroso lleno de excremento de palomas y basura. Los cables de electricidad colgaban, la bañera con suciedad y pelos. Recepcionistas no ayudan a nada, solo dicen que te van a mandar alguien a chequear agua caliente y nunca va nadie. Te cobran un montón por un Servicio que No existe. Un desastre!!! No intenten reservar con ellos porque no responden WhatsApp ni teléfono. Los cubrecamas sin lavar, transparentes de viejos, las cortinas se notan que no las lavan nunca. Nada limpio!!!

Fuimos con mi pareja los primeros días de diciembre, la atención de la recepción es muy buena, llovió el primer día y teníamos la piscina climatizada como opción, la ubicación super céntrica cerquita Del Mar. Desayuno variado, aunque agregaría opciones como jamón y queso o frutas. Los colchones estaban viejos un poco incómodos, pero sacando esos detalles excelente precio/calidad. Volveríamos!

Todo bien, un poquito fria el agua de la pileta, pero siempre todos muy amables. Estaria bueno que habiliten el estacionamiento propio. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado. La calefaccion muy buena, tambien. La limpieza muy bien, sin mucho mas para decir.

Small rooms. The bathroom was leaking water, we notified the manager, she took note and told us that a plumber was going to come, something that never happened and the bathroom flooded. The closet had no door and the cleaning service entered even through the door. The window was full of pigeon poop and even eggs, we couldn't open the window because of the disgusting smell and the pigeons, the air conditioning didn't work. The mattress is spring-loaded and has a point that sticks out that punctured our legs. My husband was stuck in the elevator for more than half an hour and the buzzer doesn't work. They didn't even apologize and if it hadn't been for another guest, no one would have helped him. The pool with dirty water. We asked for the complaints book and they told us they don't have it. We went to rest and we felt that the hotel is not prepared to receive people. The only good thing is the breakfast and the location. We visited other hotels that cost the same and are a thousand times nicer and closer to the beach. The photos with which the hotel is promoted are not current, much less the games room. There is a lot of maintenance missing for the price they charge! Very bad experience and waste of money because we couldn't rest!
