Staybridge Suites Mpls-Maple Grove/Arbor Lakes

The manager, Sal, was extremely rude and argued with a number of guests during our stay. The front desk worker, Conlan, told me his name was Collin so he would not be named right. They admitted they overbooked the hotel on number of occasions. Will never stay here again.

The hotel does not offer daily or biweekly room service, and they do not provide room cleaning. Additionally, there is no on-site manager available to address any issues, and the front desk lacks proper support for both major and minor needs.

We have been here two weeks and couldn’t say nicer things about the property and the staff. We had a fire in our home and are here while repairs are being made. The staff had gone out of their way to make sure we have what we need. We were initially in two rooms until a larger room was available. All three rooms have been very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is typical of a hotel breakfast, but Jody makes it great with her welcoming smile each weekday morning and the young women’s on the weekends has been great too. The M-W HH and apps is an amazing perk and Marta does a fantastic job making it feel like a family gathering welcoming everyone to the “living room”. The front desk staff is also exceptional, I don’t know the names of the ladies in the day but they have been great. In addition, Andrew and Anthony in the evening are super helpful and friendly. Early on Jennie on the housekeeping team introduced herself to us and made sure to know we could ask for anything we needed. The pool and hot tub are very nice. As is the courtyard and basketball court. My teens have enjoyed the spaces and the balls provided. The staff has also been helpful at shutting down some of the late night basketball games to allow for quiet after 10-11pm. The hotel is undergoing a renovation and the new rooms are very well done. The only negative is the TVs which don’t have the option for any personal subscription channels to be streamed on them. All and all if we can’t be in our own home we are very happy to be here with the team at Staybridge. The staff here is exceptional and I have seen them all go above and beyond in our two weeks here.

Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone of melanin decent. Let start with the additional charge because “********** has the wrong amount listed”. (Not the incidentals, I’m fine with that one!) 2nd the GM Kimberley was unaccommodating thinking I was another hoodlum quoting fire codes and policies that can’t be located online. They checked me out of one room to charge me a 2nd incidental fee while refusing to turn the room over. I spent nearly $1000 for 3 reservations over 48hr. It’s worth noting that my Caucasian husband got treated in the most perfect manner when they did not know he was with me, as I didn’t sleep over the night prior; he did with our children! Visited family while we were in the area, and picked this hotel for our mini get away. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning was adequate for me and my wife. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

I really have to say the front desk gal is a sweet and helpful young lady, no matter how busy she was, she helped me with a big smile. Her name is Desiree. We had a leaking fridge and nick quickly came to fix it. He also served breakfast among his duties, He also came to an old ladies rescue and got the new wash machine to work Nick is a kind and helpful young man. Greg also tried to help me start the machine, no matter what he was doing he stayed with me until it was running. He too is a kind and helpful young man. Customer service is their goal. My husband was welcomed to the hotel by Desiree, when he checked in. The whole staff had been so accommodating to my family when we got displaced. Amber assisted in making sure my family was comfortable in our rooms. The Manager Kim, was very understanding of my need to use the Conference Room for work multiple times in a week. Jody does a great job of providing hot breakfast every morning. The Asst Manager Danilo was always available to answer any questions. I really felt that my kids were safe at this hotel and that is VERY important to me.

100% recommend staying here. My suite was so clean and comfortable. I really liked that it was my 'private home' for the week as there were no staff entering while I was there. Any towels needed were easy to come by at the front desk (thank you Alesha G.). The full trash was set outside my door and picked up by staff in a timely manner. The hotel was full when I was there however so quiet in my room and the breakfast area was never too crowded. I especially enjoyed the omelets and the new selections daily. The cocktail and appetizers on Monday - Wednesday were a nice touch and I enjoyed it on all three days. The lobby is lovely, very clean and I enjoyed sitting there with my visitors. The area around the hotel is great for dining, shopping and anything else you would like to do. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did!!

The staff were extremely courteous and quickly responded to any requests we had. The gentleman who checked us in June 10th (sorry I didn't get your name) was super helpful and very courteous! Alesha that helped us a check-out was lovely! Excellent hot breakfast and kitchen staff was more than accommodating! All round GREAT EXPERIENCE! Highly recommend Staybridge Suites, not fancy but squeaky clean and the 2 bedroom suite was fantastic for our family!!
