主要是臨時住一晚，沒任何服務可言，甚至説服務不太好，前台不友好，冰冷無表情。房間還可以，和價位匹配，停車方便。由於位置偏僻，吃的就不是很便利。外面環境還不錯，酒店硬件也可以。

來這邊出差，總共住了兩次，第一次也是這樣，第二次也是整體來説非常不滿意很不人性化，經常出差住酒店第一次遇到這麼不人性化的，不斷催你退房，並且態度很差，我們是凌晨四點多入住的。一到退房時間拚命催。我還是攜程會員，前台給出的答覆是不管你是什麼會員到了時候必須退房，那個時候肚子有點痛想申請晚點，結果每隔五分鐘催一次，真的很生氣，價格擺在這沒有做到相對應的服務態度。不值得

前台兩天都拉着個臉，語氣比較沖，坐在那全程不抬頭，應該別人欠了他很多錢吧；訂的兩晚，房卡衹給開了一晚，第二天刷不進，本身出來旅遊回酒店都很累了，還要下樓找前台；早上七點多下來問前台要張餐巾紙（壓根不會有酒店外的其他人去的，酒店周圍壓根沒其他房子），還需要報房間號，無了個大語；完全不對起這近700一晚的房費

衞生環境都不錯，就是**外賣太少了超過11點半周圍的店的關了，外賣也送不了。酒店也沒東西吃，有點太偏了

公司團建，選擇了這家在茂名酒店中排行前列的星級酒店，這無邊大泳池，無敵了，性價比超高的~公司同事很滿意，聚餐婚宴也是妥妥的。
