Encontramos muchas cucarachas en los cuartos y baños, las cortinas de las ventanas eran casi transparentes y se veía dentro de la habitación, las puertas estaban picadas de óxido y se atoraban, al hotel en general le falta mantenimiento y una buena remodelación.

The hotel is falling apart. One of our rooms had a broken window and flooded during the night due to rain. We had no hot water, no room service, no wifi, no tv in the room, and these are all things it was auppised to have. The upkeep of the hotel was shockingly bad. Its literaly falling apart. The staff was good, the beach access was good. The restaurant was closed. Wont let me upload photos herw but ill post the same review on google with photos if i can.

El hotel es pequeño, sus habitaciones muy amplias, muebles en óptimas condiciones, ropa de cama y toallas de muy buena calidad, TODO EL PERSONAL MUY AMABLE, MUY ATENTOS, MUY EDUCADOS, SOBRE TODO RESTAURANT Y BAR ¡¡ EXCELENTES !! La fachada del hotel está algo deteriorada pero nada que afecte a tu estadía. La comida sin mucha variedad pero MUY BUENA Y COMO EN MUY POCOS BUFFET INCLUYEN MARISCOS DESDE FILETES DE PESCADO HASTA CAMARONES Y PULPO. La playa tranquila y las albercas de distintas profundidades aptas para niños. Lo único que yo solicitaría un guardia estricto en cuestión de la playa y áreas comunes que vigile y obligue a los huéspedes a recoger su basura porque a mi me toco una excursión de gente muy sucia y eso es desagradable.

El hotel esta bueno pero tiene demasiadas faltas de mantenimiento y cuidado, desde las puertas percudidas, marcos en mal estado, mucha falta de mantenimiento y eso hace que se vea sucio, aunque para esas alturas es lo menos notable, pero no se te ocurra ver debajo de las camas por favor.

Playa tranquila y sin mucha gente, le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel, la comida buena, bebidas básicas.
Deberían de tener más amplía linea de licor, mayor variedad de comida.
