Waiting a long line for check in front desk not friendly not professional, the room is big and good view but is outdated shower room even worst than the motel will never going to this hotel again

Un excelente hotel en cuanto a comida, Instalaciones y sobre Todo animación los chicos de animación Rosy, Julio, Memo y Angel nos trataron excelente, puedo decir que el hotel tiene una magia única, los cuartos muy cómodos la playa única y sobretodo limpias, en la comida te ofrecen mariscos pulpo camarón etc . Felicidades regresamos primero Dios

Muy amplias instalaciones, agradables servicios, buen trato, la comida muy rica y diversa todos los días, el área de bebidas muy buen servicio y también hay maquina de helados y el personal del ÁREA KIDS CLUB muy amable y atento con los niños, bonito el taller de pulseras y la lotería acuática que los divierte un monton.

El diseño del hotel es lindo, la playa con la que cuenta el hotel es calmada y amigable para todo público. Habitaciones amplias. Distancias y escaleras considerables para desplazarse entre puntos de interés. Hay carritos de golf para transportación pero tardan tiempo en recoger. Hay espacios como los baños de la alberca y la alberca en si que necesitan limpieza. A pesar que era plan todo incluido el servicio de meseros tanto de playa como alberca es pobre. No te procuran. En otras partes del hotel el servicio es impecable, como el que nos dio Blas en delfines y el palmar. En síntesis si recomendaría el hotel, a pesar que no es la mejor experiencia todo incluido en la que he estado.

Nos quedamos aquí en familia la mayoría de los empleados son muy amables, la mala experiencia es que no tienen SNACK más que tacos y la verdad están muy malos, tuvimos una pésima experiencia un día comiendo nos dieron papás fritas de días. Cuando pedí nuevas eran las mismas para que nos callaramos. No regresaría a este hotel la vdd si no reservas más de dos noches no tienes derecho a reserva a la carta, aparte el restaurante italiano no deja entrar NIÑOS

Las habitaciones están bien. No tienen ningún problema en cuanto a las instalaciónes de todo el hotel. La atención del personal es impecable. La comida y bebida está horrible. No es posible que siendo un hotel de esa categoría la comida esté pésima de desabrida, sin chiste, sin variedad y en mínimas cantidades. Volvería al hotel por el descanso más no por su comida y mucho menos sus bebidas sabor a agua. Ninguna cerveza es cerveza cuando sabe a pura agua. Lo peor de lo peor.

Estuvo todo muy bien, excepto por la cama ya que el colchon se hundía muchísimo y las almohadas también muy aguadas, no permitía el descanso durante la noche. Solicitamos un cambio y no nos solucionaron. A pesar de que teniamos reservacion por 8 dias.

Hotel Las Hadas sigue siendo un muy buen hotel. Hacía tiempo que no me hospedaba ahí. Instalaciones, alimentos, bar, check in-check out muy bien, sin embargo el servicio de algunos meseros no fue eficiente, en varios de los centros de consumo hubo "detalles" con algunos y me sorprendió, antes eran referente por su trato, amabilidad y servicio.
