Excelente estadia! No INATEL Manteigas há simpatia, eficiência e qualidade nos alojamentos. A comida também é boa. O ambiente do hotel e do meio envolvente é calmo e harmonioso. O correr do rio Zêzere e de uma pequena cascata, assim como as pedras glaciares e a linda paisagem da cidade de Manteigas, impregnam ao espaço algo de místico e idílico.

We went to this Inatel in Manteigas to have the Christmas Eve dinner together with the family and also the Christmas Day lunch and dinner. Unfortunately the management of this Inatel decided that the dinner of 24.12.2024 could be the same as any day 24 of any month. Not good… and many families were complaining because this dinner must be treated as special. Not even Christmas decorations were existing! Not a single special dish for Christmas neither dessert! In previous years we have been in 4 different Inatel in different locations in Portugal and this was the worse… making us thinking if we want to go again celebrate Christmas Eve in the Inatel. The lunch and dinner of 25.12 were good as normal in any Inatel. The bedroom was also very good and the people friendly. I would easily give 4 stars if the Christmas Eve dinner was treated as that, a special dinner. [PT] Fomos a este Inatel em Manteigas para ter o jantar de véspera de Natal com a família e também o almoço e jantar de Natal. Infelizmente, a gerência desta Inatel decidiu que o jantar de 24.12.2024 poderia ser o mesmo que qualquer dia 24 de qualquer mês. Não é bom... e muitas famílias estavam a reclamar porque este jantar deve ser tratado como especial. Nem mesmo as decorações de Natal existiam! Nem um único prato especial para o Natal, nem sobremesa alusiva ao Natal. Em anos anteriores, estivemos em 4 Inatel diferentes em diferentes locais em Portugal e este foi o pior... fazendo-nos pensar se queremos ir novamente celebrar a véspera de Natal no Inatel. O almoço e o jantar de 25.12 foram bons como de costume em qualquer Inatel. O quarto também era muito bom e as pessoas amigáveis. Eu facilmente daria 4 estrelas se o jantar da véspera de Natal fosse tratado assim, um jantar especial.

Bom lugar para repousar e ser ponto de partida para descoberta da Serra da Estrela, pelos vários trilhos, quer a caminhar como em BTT. Simpatia dos funcionários, nomeadamente Sr. Artur. Refeições com alguma variedade. Bem Haja. A repetir, com toda a certeza.

Excelente estadia, quarto muito espaçoso e confortável. A sala de estar com lareira é um espaço muito convidativo. A única questão a apontar é a simplicidade do pequeno almoço- esperávamos mais, nomeadamente iguarias serranas, correspondentes ao espaço onde estamos. Falta queijo da serra, uns potes típicos com doce caseiro da região, variedades de pão regional. Não obstante, bem localizado, confortável. A voltar!

Excelente, a simpatia dos funcionários, a comida, a lareira, a paisagem.aproveitem para visitar todos os espaços. Gostamos muito de visitar a casa da roda e todos os espaços exteriores. Se conseguir fique no edifício central, Dos melhores inatel que fiquei.

Loved the quaint Casa da Roda. The property is in need of new carpet and paint in the common areas. But the room was nice and clean and quiet. The refrigerator didn’t work (it was plugged in but the one lonely beer and one juice in it were warm and sad). The breakfast was great! Didn’t get to enjoy the indoor pool because they charge extra for it (surprising). Only the outdoor pool was included. I would think they would include the main indoor facilities and just charge for treatments like most hotel spas do. Oh well. Otherwise a great stay.
