SpringHill Suites Dallas Mansfield

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It is very clean, comfortable, and the staff is exceptional. It was one the best experiences at a hotel I have had in this area. The breakfast was great as well. Thank you for your amazing and perfect service!

We block booked this place for a funeral and had about 30people over a course of 4 days. The so called "deal" was NOT a deal as we were still paying about $150-180 per night...a rip off. The room were clean but the few staff we saw were like robots, the rooms were not worth 180 a night. After 3 days stay, we reserved a separate last day but after the burial, we decided to spend the last day with widow's house (she needed support) before coming back to the UK, We asked if we could cancel the room (24hrs notice) and to everybody's shock we were quoted the standard nonsense policy of "you need 48hrs to cancel". Of course we knew that, but we were thinking they will make an exception because of the number of business we had brought them the last 4days. We would have expected basic common sense to prevail especially having taken more than 20 rooms for a number of days but they were more bothered about making that last $140 rather than making an exception. What a mess and what a shame. the hotel is a disgraced and there will be more rewarding reviews coming your way once people settle down in their various places. CROOKS.... The breakfast was ok provided you get down early if not its stalled powdered eggs and its take it or leave it. The lady making the food thou was first class and ran around trying to attend to customer, she was class. Overall, we were all grieving to complain but despite the manager knowing about our request, she was as useless as the receptionist that originally dealt with us who was as deem as a anything What a shame........ Companies with no human feeling or interaction or reward, make all the buck you can.....embassing.....

Staff was very friendly and professional with all my requests. Room was very clean and comfortable. This was one of my first time visiting and was very satisfied. I enjoyed the breakfast amenities, fitness center and market. Also Hoyle is conveniently located to many restaurant options.

My son had surgery and needed to stay close to the hospital for a few days, just in case there were any complications. We chose the Springhill Suites Mansfield since I'm a Bonvoy Member. The accommodations were very homey with the separate living area and bedroom. A typical hotel room for Springhill. What set this hotel apart was the staff at that hotel. Each and every one we meet went the extra mile with friendly encouragement and extra effort to make sure that we had anything we needed. I cannot thank the staff enough, the leadership at this hotel as empowered the employees to take care of their guests and it shows. I would recommend staying here to anyone coming to Mansfield, Texas

Springhill Suites Dallas worked just fine for what we needed. This was one of the nicer, quieter locations of 4-5 we've stayed. Springhill needs to do 2 major changes: 1) Get rid of the glass-front bathroom door. Very annoying to have the bathroom light blast anyone sleeping in the bed directly in front. 2) The climate control is non-existent. Either allow for user control to have the fan constantly blowing, or install ceiling fans. The lack of air-flow in these units is not only annoying, it's unhealthy. If traveling alone I don't mind these issues, but with a spouse or company, I'll find other accommodations unfortunately. Rooms are great, beds are comfy, staff was very nice. All good things except some glaring issues.

We needed a venue and block of rooms for a Celebration of Life. The GM Carmen Gonzalez was extremely helpful and customer focused. Although we had difficulty with the corporate office. Carmen was responsive to our needs and helped us to accommodate our incoming guests. The hotel has a nice spacious lobby with sitting areas. The location is close to a major highway with good signage to direct you to the facility.
