The property is clean, and has a warm and bright appearance. Peter at the front desk was very guest oriented and we were delighted to receive his services. In addition to the bathtub and shower in the bathroom, our room came equiped with a whirlpool tub in the bedroom. It was a pleasently surprising feartur that we took advantage of each day.

Was at the hotel for 3 nights, my room was never cleaned. Reported my toilet leaked no one fixed it.

Horrible customer service. Very rude & unwelcoming. Never made eye contact or smiled while communicating with me. Acted as if I was bothering her or as if she just didn't want to be at work. I called the night shift to ask a question twice and was told he only works the night shift and I should call back in the morning.

Spaces and rooms were clean, parking lot was ample and well lit, appreciated the washer/dryer access but would have been even nicer had I known about it before I got there. Housekeeping and cafeteria staff were very helpful and efficient.

This location is used by many contract workers and day laborers, which means there is a lot of foot traffic at all hours. The person at the front desk does not do a very good job of monitoring the lobby. There were stains and spills throughout the lobby and hallway. The walls and ceilings are paper thin, you will hear everything. The keycards were very inconsistent and we had to get them fixed multiple times. The toilet in our room was not working properly and did not flush well at all. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

We learn of this hotel and location from family that lives in the area. They had not stayed there before however it was not too far from them. It served the purpose we needed it to at a cost we did not mind.

I need to be reimbursed for my stay because we paid in cash but were told we needed to furnish them with a credit card number as well but only for a deposit. Then upon checkout we were charged twice. The water preasure awful and they refused to switch us rooms even though we could clearly see that they were not booked at maximum capacity

The entire hotel had a strong pot smell. The room we stayed in must have hosted a party because the pot smell in there was the strongest. The molding inside the room had a very thick layer of dust. Our room was supposed to have been snake free but was obviously not. It doesn’t seem that this policy was enforced.

The room was very comfortable. It was clean and we enjoyed our time there. This trip was a quick getaway for the weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this property. The only thing we found less than ideal was the temperature of the hot tub. it was a warm tub!
