Very clean and nice hotel

Overall one of the nicer hotels in the area. They have nice bar tenders, friendly staff, and the housekeepers seem to do a good job. I did have a run in to a very confused little buddy that I named Jared the roach. He was an unwelcome sight in the morning running in circles like I have this week. Anyways he disappeared into some crevice and I haven’t seen him again. Overall they may have a roach problem that they need to take care of but the employees and friendly and helpful.

Very clean hotel. There is a bistro in lobby area where you can purchase food. I will not stay there again, because I miss being able to get a cup of coffee or water in the lobby when I want one. I also like the convenience of a complimentary breakfast. I came down before 7 am and was unable to get a cup of coffee, since the bistro opened at 7. It's a nice hotel. The competition just gives me a bit more.

The lady at the front desk, checked my convenience store items out without a hello or giving me a total… turns out I paid $13 for two celcius. That's kind of annoying. Other than that the visit was good.

I booked 4 rooms for a family winter staycation. All rooms were spotless. The suites were spacious and beautifully decorated. All the staff were pleasant and courteous. We were pleasantly surprised with the Bistro food! We had dinner, Bistro burgers were thick and juicy, salads generous. Breakfast burritos were very generous sized. Pool and hot tub were great. We will be back!

Staff were very accommodating and friendly! Love that they have a hot tub, and the pool was warm and nice! Will definitely stay again!

The lobby was warm and inviting. Our room was very comfortable, clean and cozy! The restaurant had great choices and we loved the booth with the TV! Friendly staff. We will return to this one and look for more Marriotts when we are on road trips!

I travel constantly for business, and I can honestly say this was the best hotel experience I have ever had in Minnesota. From the moment I arrived, Besa at the front desk set the tone with warm, flawless customer service. Kayla at the bistro continued that excellence—friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in creating a great guest experience. Emma at the event center was equally outstanding, making my on-site training for a local company smooth, professional, and incredibly well supported. The entire stay was seamless. Every part of the guest experience felt intentional and elevated. When a winter storm left me unexpectedly stranded, I was actually happy to spend another night because the service and atmosphere were that exceptional. This hotel has earned my highest praise. Truly top-tier hospitality and the best customer service team in Minnesota.
