Upon checking in we found roaches in the headboard & pillows in 3 of the 4 rooms reserved. Broke & leaking A/C in another room. To make matters worse they have a strict towel limit to 2 per room! When asked for 2 more towels they said it was the max towel allowance per room! non-negotiable! HOW???? The bread at the breakfast buffet had mold; eggs in the tray had turned green from being there for so long. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Everything was well except the lady at the front. Maybe the only lady in the reception but horrible service from her and was disrespectful. Everything else exceptional.

Lo que más me ha sorprendido del hotel es su habitación y destacar la comodidad de su cama. Habitación amplia. La situación es otro punto a tener en cuenta. Desayuno tipo buffet variado y muy rico. La atención y amabilidad de todo su personal. Sin duda lo volvería a elegir.

Check in at the hotel was fast and friendly. The room was really roomy and comfortable for the price. The bed was nice and the shower huge. The hotel is located in an area of Manizales where you can walk to bars and restaurants. The hotel went above and beyond arranging transportation to the airport about an hour away. Breakfast was a nice buffet and excellent in any way. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manizales.
