It's a good hotel with clean room and bedsheets. Shower in the bathroom is partly clogged and water is not coming in one place. Also, if taking bath entire bathroom will get wet which becomes messy for the next person. Located near tiger circle. Recommended.

Value for money. Got what was promised at very reasonable price. Expectations were set lower. Attentive staff especially room service. Hot water was hot. Nice natural light in the lobby. Good cleanliness in the room. Did not try food. Bad - wifi did not work. Gave feedback at the reception. Some weekend party noise on saturday night.

I stay at this hotel whenever i visit manipal as the location is very convenient as its central to all the colleges & malls, rooms are very clean and spacious, the staff is very polite & helpful, prices are very competitive.
