This hotel is under management of a grander Manila Hotel. Rooms are large and modern, the servgice ipeccable, and breakfast is great. It also has a very good Chinese retsuaryrant. Curiously, it does not have the bar. I stayed two months until it closed due to covid. It is only about ten minutes walk form large SM shopping centre . Highly recommended

My expectations at this hotel have been met. Staff are friendly, approachable, and polite. I am thankful that they allow me to check-in early (around 1 PM), and surprisingly, my room was upgraded for free (the executive room) with a nice view of the city and Manila Bay. Also, the room has appliances (refrigerator, microwave, heater, etc.).
The location is also nice, as it is a minute's walk to Robinsons Manila. However, I didn't have time to enjoy the pool as I strolled around Metro Manila.
One thing that I want this hotel to do is add a rug in the CR so a customer can at least clean the floor after taking a bath.
Thank you, Pacific Bay Grand Suites. 🧡

I had a pleasant experience at Hotel 101. The location is ideal, being extremely close to MOA and just a 15 to 20-minute drive from the airport. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff were accommodating, allowing us to check in 30 minutes early and providing extra bottled water.
The biggest disappointment was the slow and intermittent internet connection, which deducted significant points from our overall experience.
Some minor issues not really a big deal:
- The TV wasn't functioning properly in my room
- The outdoor gym was underwhelming, consisting of only two stationary bicycles

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Clean and comfortable room Rooftop bar and pool area with amazing views. Close to some incredibly food Good breakfast Cons Very slow lift system

The place was quite good. However, the ceiling fan should be checked always as it gave us anxiety because of the noise as well as their AC.

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like Expedia Agoda hotels.com etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like ***!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

Booked Kingsford Hotel Manila for pre-advance Mothers Day celebration with my family last May 11 to 12 and i could definitely say it's all worth it ❤️❤️❤️.
Checking in and out will just take a couple of minutes ( if there was no long queue). They also give priorities to Senior citizens, pwds, pregnant and those with babies/toddlers.
Thumbs up to all the very accommodating staff ☺️❤️ - from the guards at the entrance, the Bellboys who attended to me immediately, Ms. Jessica at the front desk who gave me options for available rooms closest to my requests (understandably, the hotel is jam-packed at that time for Mothers Day),Mr. Roy and his companions who assisted us with our luggages and who gamely posed for my requested video ❤️ , the housekeeping staff for sending the crib & bathrobes I requested and Ms. Angel of the Guest Services whom I first inquired to before I booked.
We love our room 😍. Though I wasn't able to get the Deluxe Twin with Okada view, Ms. Jessica was very kind to offer us another option, the Deluxe Queen which is on the 18th (the highest floor), but still with the pool, the main road and a slight view of Okada ❤️. Thanks so much again Ms. Jessica ❤️❤️❤️. The room was very neat and simply beautiful. I so love the floor to ceiling window and all the view including the coastal road 😁. Love your very comfy couch, the carpet ❤️. There's a TV, a mini ref, phone, clothes rack (instead of a cabinet), 2 hair dryers (which I wasn't able to use - not functioning), the usual slippers, safe & a basket for laundry I guess. AC can be controlled too.
Since its Mothers Day, i was also expecting a lot of people in the pool area, 😁. Fortunately we enjoyed swimming since the water has just the right temperature. Not too cold, not too warm. I just wish they installed more pool umbrellas during that time
I didn't have a review for breakfast since we opted not to get one (for the reason that I'm expecting a long queue during breakfast buffet 😁). Reheating has a fee of P500 if you want your own food to be reheated. Bringing of food and drinks is allowed - a plus!😁❤️
Location is accessible and near to malls - Ayala Mall by the Bay, MOA. Okada is just about 5 minutes walk of which we took advantage of and went back to hotel.
Overall - We truly enjoyed our stay and recommends this 4- star hotel for staycations 😍 and will book again 😍
Thank you very much Kingford Hotel Manila ❤️❤️❤️

Stayed one night after visiting Boracay. I emailed them in advance and asked them to pick me up at the airport. It was room of coral wing of bottom category that stayed, but area and comfort are enough, too. There were 2 toilets. When I checked in, I was asked if I wanted a room on the sea side or the fountain side, so I chose the fountain side. After 6:00 p.m., we could see the fountain show that was held every hour from the living room and bathroom of the room. I can't hear the sound that much. The good points of the room are the large space for luggage, where you can go directly from the entrance, where there is a dresser with bright lights, where there is a non-slip at the bottom of the wide bathtub, where there is a bench in the shower room, And so on. The amenity has a good scent and the air volume of the dryer is sufficient. The touch of the bathrobe was also good. I had an early flight the next morning, so I asked the concierge to arrange a grab for me. . It was a reliable service.

Stayed for one night here.
Location is quite okay as it was within walking distance to SM and Market market. There is alsp a 711 store just beside the hotel. However note this hotel is somewhere along the boundary of BGC. We didn't have any problems here.
The room is clean. What we liked was the bed was really a ”hotel” bed. The TV is also a bit TV and had a lot of international channels. AC was small but it did provide the right cool temp for sleeping. One thing we noticed is that there were some snacks left in our room's cabinet (chicharon and bucheron). When we checked out, they asked if it was ours. I think this should have already been cleaned before us checking in to the hotel.
Water pressure is strong and toilet is clean. But the hair dryer provided to us was not working.
Checkout process took us around 10mins as they really check the room. Should be ok if you are not in a rush.
Parking is abundant. Around 12 slots on the basement, plus 2 more slots which by default is closed (they might open these slots if needed). There are also some parking slots just outside the hotel.
Overall a bang for buck hotel and would recommend!

Excellent
GGuest UserIt is a hotel with excellent price quality ratio. The staff is extremely friendly and available. The rooms are modern and functional. There is even the topper above the mattresses! The room is cleaned every day. The tower's roof is very well-organised, with various locations to cook, if you want. The hotel is huge, so it will be easy to be satisfied. The outdoor neighborhood is not the best, but it is not their fault, all Malate and Ermita are not very much. So it is great when you come back, having such a comfortable hotel.
AAleecia LeeWorth the price ofc worth the hype fr cs look at how aesthetic the room and the pool it is🥹🤍But sadly the balcony has no access because they locked it permanently. It’s sad for me bcs balcony is a must for me😮💨💔 But the service is really GOOODDD they help me as much, even if you call them first to ask so many questions and they will answer it very well. Great Hospitality⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
GGuest UserWe stayed at Winford overnight to celebrate my brother's birthday. I could say it was a very nice experience. When we arrived, the room was already available. I even requested for a room on a higher floor and they gave me a good one. The ambience and lighting fixtures were really nice and the waiting area with sofa as well. We stayed at an Executive Suite. The room was also nice. It had a bath tub, separate shower and 2 wash basin. There is also another toilet upon entry but with watercloset and wash basin. The view was also nice though its more of houses and the rizal mountains. The pool size has a good size and not crowded and also heated. We had dinner at the poolbar since they have Acoustic band playing on saturdays. The service was a bit slow since there were lots of people and the food came from the ****** kitchen. Also, they do not accept room charging if it exceeds the 2k deposit. First time to experience this, good thing my brother brought his wallet. Food and liquor was good too. For breakfast, they also have a good selection however they do not have bacon :( sad. Nonetheless, the breakfast experience was good as well. They also sent a birthday cake for my brother. Check-out was fast too. One downside is the parking area which was on the 7th floor. It was a round swirl going up or down and caused us to be dizzy. Overall, i recommend this hotel. It is not very high-end but the service and people are good and facilities are nice. P.S. We were not able to go to the ****** as we have a kid with us.
GGuest UserThe room is clean and organized, but nevertheless room aircon is smelly and it is not so cold. Uncomfortable to sleep in daytime. To be specific the room 207 needs to be maintained.
GGueyxiOur room was simple but very clean and cozy. Looking out the window of our rooom, the Manila beach was just few steps away. The front desk and the cleaning staff were extremely helpful to us. All the guests were encouraged to be environmentally friendly and responsible, which I think is super cool. Great location, as well. There are quite a few budgest hotels near Robinsins Place Manila, but none is like Hop Inn that makes one feel comfy the very first moment you see them .
GGuest UserAn unmined gem. Elegant old-world interiors with checkerboard floors in the lobbies and hallways, intricate wrought-iron railings, and beautiful Spanish tiles and brocade wallpaper in the suites. Some common areas, like the central courtyard, need a little TLC but are quietly lovely with trailing flowers and birds chirping above. The pool is a good size, not overly large, but with a great bay view. Parking is adequate for guests though might be a struggle if there is an event in the 1000-person ballroom. We had a gorgeous, comfortable corner suite with windows overlooking the bay on one side and the park on the other side. The giant king bed was luxurious and a delight to sleep on, and the huge bathtub was a treat for the kids. The hotel cafe has a delicious breakfast buffet featuring different regional dishes, and there is also a rooftop restaurant and bar with a perfect panorama for cocktails paired with the famous Manila Bay sunset. There are some quirky policies though, like the need to pay on the spot for ala carte orders rather than charging them to your room. Also because this is an old building, there is kind of a split floor plan where the hotel has two wings. Each wing has its own suites but only one has direct access to the poolside and spa, so if you're in the other one, you need to pass thru the lobby and transfer elevators to get there. It wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but is something to consider when you book. The best part though was the service. Every person was warm and gracious, and a real pleasure to deal with. Rushdee at the front desk and Prince at the roofdeck took exceptional care of our family during our stay. It is also walking distance to family attractions like the Manila Ocean Park, Museo Pambata, and of course Rizal Park. All in all a memorable and wonderful place to stay in the city of Manila.
JJClakwatchaGreat Place to Stay … Room is very Clean. Reception and Lobby is cute. Walking Distance. Budget but Excellent Hotel. Courteous and very Hospitable. Easy Booking. Location is near to our PLaces to go. Will sure be back.
RRowel IsaacI have a booking from Jan 8 to 12 2024. I came around 3am. I couldnt check in because the system says im NO SHOW. I was asked by the Front Desk to wait till 2pm to have my room ready and i have to pay again. The customer service of REDDOORZ handled the issue very well. They checked in me in the system and i was anle to have a room in 15minutes. They reinstated my original booking. Only invalidating the day i didnt arrive. With regards to the room, there is an unusual smell inside. Smells like decaying flesh. Im not sure if it is in the AC or somewhere else like bed corners, sheets, comforter, or probably ceiling.
NnyiorelacbOkay for guests who are looking for a budget hotel around Manila. I booked this Reddoorz room for a night as I have business agenda the next day. Arrived late night but still there’s a front desk staff on duty.
This is good, the only off for me is the location since it’s a little bit hard to find in the map and no elevator access, you have to use stairs. Not advisable for families with seniors or kids.
TTW2024Elevator to 5th floor and walk 1 floor up to our floor. Got room 613. Very long room so it’s good. Old room. The shower room is wet at the door whole night because that part is lower than other parts. Very good aircon. Having a basin to wash dishes same like in an apartment. Fast Wi-Fi. Reception lady spoke English not so good but we could still understand each other about the check-in, 1000 Peso deposit and registration. Room is not as clean as it should be and there are about 2 to 3 baby cockroaches. Noisy area as expected but no problem to me. Low room rate so it is ok to stay for a night. Right at Tayuman LRT Station. Walk into the road between greenwich pizza and Inasal
