前台有個夜班服務員差，在騰沖發現胰島素針劑落在酒店，請求她郵寄，千般不答應，甚至説沒有身份證沒辦法寄快遞等等，我們老倆口年已72歲了，輪流求她超半小時多，才答應了幫忙，因為有求與她，沒敢説這是酒店誠若的服務。雖然她幫了忙，但是很不爽，出門旅遊那麼多地，還是淡季，從來沒有見過酒店這麼不肯幫忙的服務員了。希望該酒店能改善服務質量。

國慶期間去的，提前預計價格也不貴，房間設施稍微有點老久，假期原因，樓下車位有點緊張，但是路邊也都能停下，還行吧。
