There was no intercom in my room to even order for anything. The fan in my room was only rotating in maximum, the regulator was not working. I complained to the girl in the reception and she said it will be set right, but nothing happened till i checked out. Overall ok. Looks like a hotel more interested in hourly booking customers

Neat and clean. Good service. Near to central railway station. Only 5 min walk from the railway station. Wash room also clean.

I had booked this hotel for 4 nights. Food was costly and horrible. Room service staff was not professional. When i reached hotel, nobody came to get my luggage, i had to take all my luggage all alone. But location is very good.

We stayed in shoolin grand from 28/9 to 3/10, it was a wonderful experience and hope to stay in the same hotel during every visit to mangalore. Most appreciated.

Only reception is fancy, rooms are average only. Even washroom is not so great. Rooms and even corridor had weird smell.
