The rooms are very clean and even the washroom was also very nice I really enjoyed the stay and Even the hotel is very friendly budget hotel and Staff mainly Front office person Abhishek was very cooperative and quick service was given I really suggest to my friends and family

Booked 5 N package from 22nd Oct for family trip. 3N is suite room and 2N in presidential suite. For family of 4 like ours Suite room shld be apt. Moti mahal property is a bit old and hence slight room and plumbing issues due to which I cld not give 5 star. Negatives end here and the positive list continues 1) Accessible to all places near hampankatta. 2) Excellent reception staff, wld like to mention Roy and Anshul who were always ready to help,guide and resolve any issue highlighted,made our stay special. 3) Housekeeping team is full of simple staff, doing their job sincerely 4) They have veg,non veg and Thai restaurant if you want to dine in the hotel lots of delicious options to choose from. 5) Breakfast buffet is a decent spread, every day the spread changes and all dishes are delicious 6) All in all excellent place to stay when in namma Mangaluru, Left with fond memories, will definitely visit again.

It's an excellent property. Good and modern hotel with all amenities that a 5 star hotel provides. Wonderfully food in the restaurant and equally lovely breakfast. Good spread. Good size room, which was very clean in all aspects, including linen. The toilet was clean with all toiletries provided. Good wifi. Decent location. Friendly 1bd helpful staff.

Embarking on our South India tour from the UK, ***galore unexpectedly became a stopover, chosen for its proximity to the airport. Opting for the AJ Grand Hotel based on stellar reviews turned out to be a serendipitous decision. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel provided convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and modern malls, all within a leisurely 30-minute walk. The reception staff's courtesy set a welcoming tone, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Our suite, impeccably clean with enhanced facilities, greeted us with an unexpected perk—an empty refrigerator, a thoughtful touch for personalising our stay with beverages and snacks. The hotel's two highly acclaimed restaurants surpassed expectations, offering a diverse array of delectable choices during main meal times. This meant that we rarely felt the need to explore dining options outside. Kudos to the entire restaurant staff, with a special mention for Ganesh, whose culinary insights enriched our menu selections, and Suresh, whose attentive service at breakfast was welcome. While the gym and swimming pool were compact, they proved functional and, more often than not, were a private sanctuary for our use. The potential future de***d for these facilities notwithstanding, our experience was one of undisturbed enjoyment. The reception staff, although not all adorned with name badges, stood out for their exceptional assistance. Their guidance in locating our boarding passes and travel documents for our onward journey was invaluable. We were particularly grateful for their considerate offer to extend our checkout time, seamlessly aligning with our travel arrangements—small gestures that made a significant difference. Having little prior knowledge of ***galore, we were pleasantly surprised by the city and its welcoming residents. Exploring the beach and other recommended sites, discovered through various YouTube videos, unveiled ***galore's potential as a future tourist attraction, perhaps even rivalling Goa in the future. However, we hope that the city ***ages to preserve its charm without succumbing to the challenges often associated with increased tourism. Centrally located. Good front office service and room service. They have 2 restaurants, one vegetarian and the other bar and restaurant. The food is good in both the restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and neat. The look of the rooms are are more traditional like the rooms of 80’s. This place is centrally located and there is lot of shopping around. Overall a nice, comfortable and safe place to stay.

We had an excellent stay for a week at this hotel. The entire team including the manager Mr.Cletus, Vijay, Akshata, Sudeksha, Rajesh & the housekeeping staff were polite, kind , helpful, and prompt in their services throughout the day. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The breakfast was good, with different items served daily. The hotel is centrally located with good restaurants and supermarkets close by. Zomato & Swiggy also deliver to the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again as well during our next visit.

It's a terrible hotel. There is mould in the bathroom. The bathroom smells so bad, the entire time we were here, it was terrible, the tap was stains on them, eveytging just seemed so dirty and unclean . There was hair on the pillow. The breakfast starts at 8, unlike 7 in almost all the hotels around the world. Can't rate the breakfast because we didn't get to try it, we had to catch a flight back home. The area in which this hotel is situated is also not that great, the entry to the reception is in the basement , which should have been our first clue to the experience we were going to have here. One of the worst.

This is a hotel with excellent views of the garden and above a mall and a station... However its dated.. Its not been worked on for decades... The decor is old and very dated. 3332 room we were in, the bathroom was like a propelled plane... Ancient... No blue tooth music. No nespresso coffee... Very 2 to 3 star kind and old... Got the high marks because of view and location. Not recommended... Bhagwan
