"We loved everything about our stay at Vinilia. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food was amazing - both at breakfast and at dinner. We also had lunch by the pool one day, which was excellent. The staff members were extremely friendly. You could easily take day trips from the area, but we spent our time there luxuriating at the pool and on the grounds. It was a true highlight of our two weeks in Puglia. Worth the splurge!"

"Simply incredible! If you are looking to totally relax in paradise this is the place for you. One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. We stayed in the Colonial suite - highly recommend. The ground are so peaceful and beautifully landscaped. The swimming pool is paradise, but it is the staff that truly make this a memorable experience. They go above and beyond to make your stay special. Elisabetta the owner booked us a massage in the middle of the garden amongst the trees - an experience I will never forget. The breakfast is outstanding. The perfect place to come stay to escape and relax, we will definitely be back."

"Here you can find a complete package: good accommodation, Michelin star restaurant and a relaxing spa. The room was spacious, big window, comfortable bed and everything that you need inside( except iron for clothes). Breakfast is exactly what you need when you travel to Italy: the cheese, the meat, the pastry and eggs. Fresh fruits and juices. Dinner was every time a special event. One evening we enjoyed a degustation menu of the Casamatta restaurant and other evening was dedicated to a wine tasting, 8 labels from all Italy together with a selection of cheese and meat cuts. The personnel is always helpful and very nice. So, don’t miss this location!"

"We hosted this house of friends and relatives who came to Mandura for our wedding. The staff's welcome, availability and kindness were really excellent. The modern, wide and quiet rooms. "What an amazing hotel! From the very first moment, we felt incredibly welcome. The hospitality was outstanding – nothing was too much. The staff helped us with restaurant reservations and even arranged a wine tasting for us. Always with a smile. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfectly cool thanks to the air conditioning. The bathroom felt luxurious, with both a rain shower and waterfall shower, quality toiletries, and a toilet. The room also had a fridge, TV, wardrobe, and strong Wi-Fi. The bed was very comfortable too. Each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in a beautiful breakfast room or on the terrace outside. The hotel also features a peaceful garden with a lovely pool, perfect for relaxing – and you can even order drinks by the pool, which was a great plus. The location is ideal: charming restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel offers private parking on-site, which is very convenient. Altogether, this was a perfect stay with friendly, helpful staff, great facilities, and a truly relaxing atmosphere."
