Hello, i booked a hotel yesterday at mandi for my mother as my father expired on 14th may at 6pm. The hospital requested my mother to stay in the hospital in night so she could not come to the hotel. As an exceptional medical emergency booking i asked the hotel to reply to makemytrip the reason for a no show and help with the cancellation charges in this difficult time of ours. Instead of helping us he didn't even listen to my multiple requests. Highly disappointing behaviour shown
