I arrived late the evening of May 16 and only a security guard was there. He had no record of my reservation. He consulted a rep by phone who also verified with him that there was no reservation on record for me and so I had to seek alternate accommodation. On speaking to Rep. Amoy 2 days later she informed me that she was ill earlier that day and had to leave and hadn't left my information. However, they want to charge me for one night's stay. To date I have not received a refund. I would like this to be resolved speedily. I can provide more details of our conversation if needed. Thank you.
