The location of the hotel is very good: we walked to the royal palace and to see all the other attractions. Well, when we hired a tuk-tuk to drive around the suburbs, by and large it didn’t matter where they picked you up from. Around there are a lot of shops selling textiles, many eateries, on the next street there is a large fruit shop, in addition, on the next street there were several trucks that sold durian at a bargain price (compared to Thailand). Within walking distance there are drogerias COCO and AEON, where you can buy noodles/rice, assorted fruits, and local specialties at a fairly low price. At the same time, the place is quite quiet, we felt comfortable in the room.
The room is medium in size, cozy, has air conditioning, kettle, safe. Every day they put tea leaves and coffee, but for some reason they don’t put consumables in the bathroom, although there is a box for them. Cleaning and change of towels every day, linen changed every 2 days. The only thing I can complain about is that the maids are not very attentive, the bathroom ran out of soap and gel, and since they didn’t check the containers, they had to kick it. One day they came at 16 - the room was not cleaned, they also kicked us. For some reason there is no "do not disturb" sign, and the next morning the maid burst into our room, luckily we were both in the bathroom and the door was chained shut.
In the evening at 20.00 they turn off the lights, for exactly a couple of minutes, then turn them on. Quite a weak Internet.
They warned us that it would be early to leave on the last day - we prepared a lunch box and didn’t even forget water. We helped with ordering a tuk-tuk for the day that we planned to see the old capitals, and negotiated with the tuk-tuk. Very nice and friendly.
