Atención de Jorge espectacular , muy amable y caballero 😉 Sugiero habilitar sector fumadores o permitir en terraza de habitación . Instalaciones del hotel de lujo Comida , habitación y piscinas excelente Sugiero poner música ambiental

It was a good experience full of nature and a lot of good service. The staff was georgeous!! a special mention for Aldo, Mr Jorge, Julian, Carlos and Mariana,all of them were very kind with me and my family. The food was delicious and I recomend the ceviche.

Me encantó la atención de Mariana y Aldo, ellos atienden en el restaurante, son muy completos en su trabajo, amables, respetuosos, informan todo lo que tienen en el servicio. Felicitaciones chicos...!!! regresamos en algún momento. En cuanto a los alimentos, muy agradables.

Celebramos el primer año de nieta y de mi hijo Mayor, aquí muy dispuestos en la atención para mi bebita. Tuve un descanso pleno y relajante. En el restaurante estuvimos bien atendidos por Mariana y Aldo, muchas gracias por su dedicación para nosotros.

El hotel es espectacular, las vistas del mar desde que llegas te atrapan, las palmeras, arena limpia y el mar que te acompañan durante toda la estadía es de otro mundo. La atención de su personal es única en especial Aldo y Viviana que te hacen sentir en casa con tanta amabilidad y buen servicio. Felicitaciones y mantengan ese nivel. PD: Hay un gatito que se pasea por las instalaciones sería bueno que le busquen otro lugar.

El personal del hotel , muy amable y dispuesto Las instalaciones muy cómodas y limpio Bonito entorno Tranquilo Actividades entretenidas , pádel, yoga, fogata,clases pisco, kayak. Es muy recomendable el lugar, la playa ideal para caminar , bañarse y descansar

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. We had an ocean front room, and we could see whales playing right in front of us. But what really made this trip special was the service we received from the staff. All requests were immediately taken care of. Each night, they surprised us with cookies or truffles. There were paddle boards and kayaks available to check out. And free classes (yoga, ceviche making, pisco sour class). I highly recommend!

Estuvo muy buena. La mejor atención posible de todos, Aldo Noé etc me gustaría que promocionen más actividades por hacer durante la estadía, pues no hay mucho que hacer a parte de ir a la piscina y la playa. Piscina muy bonita por cierto y los cuartos muy bonitos también
