First, let me say that the people at the front desk and booking office were amazing. I was here for a convention and they helped me reserve with our special rate despite some planning hiccups. For that I’m super appreciative. Breakfast was good. Their bar was very nice and had some solid brews on tap. This said, I have two complaints: 1. The design of the shower absolutely Sucks. There is no soap tray or ledge for you to rest items on while you’re showering—you know, shavers, your own soap or shampoo, anything. Ridiculous oversight in my book. Secondly, I found housekeeping to be inconsistent; for example, forgetting to put spare TP in the room. I found the floors gritty as well. I wiped up quite a lot of dirt with the towel. But I’m willing to give the hotel the benefit of the star doubt due to how well I felt treated. Thanks, everyone!

We chose this hotel because of the late check out (noon) and proximity to the wedding venue, but it was so much more than that. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool and hot tub were great, and we loved the use of the conference room for our event the night before the wedding. The very best thing about the hotel is the staff though. Everyone is very helpful and professional, and we all had the best experience working with them. The cleaning staff was so friendly and did their best to accommodate early arrivals. Special acknowledgement to "Ave" a gentleman who cleans the main area - what a positive person!! We also thought Dakota at the front desk was excellent, as well as the two bartenders for our event (one's name is Vega). My biggest shout out is to Kyle Lennon, who made our idea of Game Night possible, giving suggestions, and clearly communicating as we worked out the details. He is an asset to Four Points Sheraton and the people with who he works.

The beds and the stay are always extremely comfortable. Kayla at the front desk made my stay that much more enjoyable, not only does she welcome guests with a beautiful smile, she's also super accommodating in every aspect and made my stay that much better. Whenever I'm in town for work, I will definitely be staying here from now on.

Really really bad ownership. Staff does the best they can but has/had high turnover. Seems that management cheats out on repairs and they have some long term guests that do not fit with a “business” hotel. Bar and breakfast are ok but breakfast is not complimentary even with status. Rooms are iffy at best.

A very nice, comfortable, attractive hotel. It is made that way by the Manager (I wish I knew his name). Day and night, he was everywhere, checking things, answering questions, offering help and following up on details his staff was working on. His good work moves a good hotel to a very good hotel. Thank you, sir.

I booked the same day and so glad I did. From the moment I walked in to the moment I checked out our stay was exceptional and wonderful. The place is immaculate. The décor is chic and modern and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. There are plenty of spaces to just relax that have plenty of sofas and even board games to play. The restaurant food was fresh, delicious and drinks at the bar were on point. The room was immaculate. There is a Starbucks right across the street. In all one of the best stays I have had and would stay here again.

Beautiful lobby and restaurant decor, but the rooms are subpar and the cleaning was bare minimal. Housekeeping needs lots of help and needs some English speaking. There was hair and dirt on the shower walls . Pool area had NO TOWELS to dry off and didn’t appear kept up. One thing positive for sure is ALL the staff were pleasant and kind!

An overnight stay. Hotel is fairly modern and updated. Staff interaction was extremely pleasant and helpful. lifetime elite member. Original had an issue with my reserved room category. Appears altering my # of days stay somehow impacted my room category. The hotel was gracious enough to find a solution that was satisfactory. I would definitely book a stay in the future.

We booked for 3 nights. The first night the A/C didn't work. The second 2 nights the unit was very noisy. The room had a king bed but there would have been space for a few sitting chairs or couch. Only one straight back chair and one desk chair. Room is very dark with only 2 bed lamps and one desk lamp. Only one bed end table. The elevator was not working properly. Signage said to push harder on the buttons. It didn't always stop on the correct floor. Is a danger because someone could be trapped in it. very small like about 4x4 . We waited 45 minutes for a burger. Was told it took longer because we wanted it well done. In short I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I would derate from 3.5 star to about a 2 star.
