We had a lovely welcome and was given our key 45 minutes before checking in time which was a fabulous help as we had been at the Manchester Royal Infirmary all morning and was quite tired.
We also checked out at 12 instead of 11 due to myself having a panic attack. My partner was informed not to rush and stay until 12

I'm really happy that I decided to book a stay at this hotel. Its central location in Manchester city is perfect for exploring all the attractions on foot. The room I stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast they served was absolutely delicious. However, the only downside was the lack of wifi in the rooms, which meant I had to go to the common area to get online.

Two night weekend stay, it's a fab hotel in a great location, the entire of the City Centre is within easy walking distance, easier than driving or waiting for an Uber! Easy parking on St James St and at a slightly discounted rate for hotel guests. The hotel is really modern with really inviting lobby and spacious rooms. However whilst the rooms are spacious, they are quite outdated compared the modern lobby and communal areas. The rooms really need a bit of an uplift, in terms of style and furniture, it is very 80's style wooden features, which is fine it just wasn't in-keeping with the rest of the hotel. Certainly didn't effect our stay and would definitely stay again, just strange to open the door to a nit of a time machine.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Lovely comfy bed but pillows need replacing as falling apart There was no hairdryer in our room but this was quickly rectified once we asked for one, We had a lovely chilled stay in our room but would not recommend the in house restaurant. I have left a separate review of that..đ Reception and cleaning staff who we met around the hotel were super friendly. We were on floor 5 and it was so peaceful. If I hadnât heard a shower (very quiet) next door I would have thought we were the only ones on that floor. Hotel is just a short walk from everywhere so in a good position⊠Only criticism is the hotel is so hot and I mean hot. You melt at reception when you check in. Also we couldnât get the air con to work in our room so it was. Constantly 19 degrees

My husband and I came to the hotel on Friday 7/10/2022 room 1216 I honestly couldn't say anything negative about this hotel . The moment we walked in Georgia and neelam on reception greeted us warmly and explained everything. Once we settled in we came back to the bar to enjoy the amazing range of cocktails made by Gabriel :) the bar staff were all amazing from the manager phoebe to Pablo and andree they couldn't do more to make you feel welcome . Our room did have a view of the construction but we expected that as we are in the middle of Manchester and it was not a problem at all . The breakfast was beautiful unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name who was clearing the tables but he was so nice lastly I would like to give mo from housekeeping a massive shout out our room was spotless and he even gave me a kit kat đ what stands out about this hotel is the staff and I mean all the staff shine they all greet you with smiles and I know how hard that can be for a full shift đ can't wait to come back thank you

I stayed for 2 nights on business. Have stayed previously. The hotel staff are always friendly and helpful the hotel is a great base, clean and comfortable beds. I would recommend the breakfast too. The young man on reception is so helpful and even remembers faces of those who have previously stayed. He is a credit to your hotel, his customer services skills are excellent. Thanks also to all the staff who work in various sectors of the hotel.
By travelling out of the city a little, we're able to bring you all the mod cons with none of the excessive, costly extras that you don't need. But don't worry, you won't be out on a limb: there are ample and regular transport links directly into the city (Salford Quays metro stop is a mere four-minute walk from our door), so that you can enjoy the best of Manchester's vibrant city centre at prices that suit your pocket.

Spent one night here as I was travelling to a match in Old Trafford. The stadium is only 10 minute walk away. I requested a quiet room as I had my young son with me. I must say that they certainly did accommodate me. The room was clean and very small. The bed was very comfortable. One tip, if you want to charge your phone and use it while lying in bed, bring an extra long phone charger cable, as the only socket in the room is under the TV, which is in the corner of the room Its a maybe, that I will stay again. I got it for a great price. Overall, happy with stay. It is the basic of basic hotels! Heard from other that the tram can be loud, but I never heard it. Gregs shop next door in petrol station was handy.

Forgotten to write a review here last month right after my visit. Hilton has never disappointed me. Although it was just a short stay for a night, we felt welcomed. Diego was the best of the best in the hotel, he managed to get us checked in within minutes. The rooms were great as well, overlooking the cricket ground. Well maintained throughout the entire property. The only downside is with the bed, it is relatively small compared to other Hilton's King size beds. Don't forget to bring your own slippers as they don't provide with any. It would be best to have some stock there and make it available upon request (maybe at a charge to cover the extra cost?). The staff at the breakfast lounge were great as well, helped me heated up my croissant, which makes it a wonderful day to start with. Will definitely be there again when I visit Manchester or Liverpool.
Weâre five minutes from Rochdale Exchange Shopping Centre and Falinge Park. Rochdale Town Hall, Healey Dell Nature Reserve, Rochdale Golf Club, and Denehurst Park are within 10 minutes. Oulder Hill Leisure Complex is a two-mile drive and Blackstone Edge is seven miles away. Enjoy complimentary breakfast and WiFi, and our fitness center.

Located 2 minutes walk from the Tram stop, you can get directly into the centre of Manchester in 45 minutes so perfect quiet place if you are going to an event like I was. The hotel is brand new and located opposite a leisure park of shops, restaurants and a cinema. The hotel was actually spectacular for a town centre hotel, modern and bright. The rooms were very nice well kitted out with mod cons. As a hilton Honors diamond member I was not offered a free upgrade, nor a late check out after 2pm as they said the house keeping leave at 3pm. Overall itâs a nice hotel, but I would not recommend it for hilton Honors members as the benefits are very limited.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at the Britannia Bolton hotel having read reviews I was not looking forward to our stay but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived, reception and corridors all spotless and the room we received was clean, comfortable and bathroom looked like it had just been upgraded, the staff were all pleasant and looked after you very well. Our morning started with a lovely breakfast good selection of cooked items as well as cereal's, toast etc not a large choice for evening meal but the price you pay couldn't complain.

Outstanding
MM Ramzan pThe time period I was staying at this hotel they had swimming championships. Which around 6 to 10 countries were also staying at the same hotel. Upon arrival they told me breakfast would end at 10:30am. Went to have breakfast at 9:30am and saw all the breakfast had been changed ( I have stayed at this hotel 3 different times so I knew what the breakfast would consist of ) they had made it all ïżŒïżŒïżŒspecific to the athletes, All healthy options. They said if you want anything we can bring it to you. Which I said great no a problem. So ordered the full British breakfast which is tasty as always. But by the time they brought it out it was around 10:00am ( once again not a problem ). But they started to pack away the food at 10:00am. Not the 10:30am they said it would end. This buffet breakfast. So you would like to order a couple of times but how can you when they clear all the food at 10:00am and it takes you 30 minutes to bring out the food you ordered. They would clear it up early so they could getting cooking again for the athletes lunch which was at 12 till 3. It would be great if the hotel would consider other guests staying there. Very disappointed. But room was clean and modern as always.
GGuest UserWhat a fantastic wee hotel the Brooklyn is! We stayed here on the night of the 19th of June for one night before heading off abroad the next day. Great location and a very quirky little hotel far exceeding expectations and better than some of these corporate giants, loved it! Staff were all exceptional to us, friendly and professional always. Bar staff on that evening get a special mention as they were brilliant. Cocktails were out of this world, as stated by Cocktail Queen herself who I was travelling with. Loved the terrace style seating near the bar, never seen that before! Rooms were awesome, bathroom fantastic and I did have a good chuckle at the fact that you could see into the bathroom from the bedroom through a one-way glass panel, hilarious! Everything smelt so wonderfully clean in the building too and I could not fault this place at all! A wonderful stay and a big thanks to all the staff that were on that evening and the next day, you should all be exceptionally proud of yourselves!
GGuest UserPros - Room and facilities in room all top quality andd better than any other aparthotel I'd previously stayed in which I can sometimes find to be cheaply fitted out (this was not) - Great coffee, little treats and real milk in the fridge! And the fact it had a fridge btw to keep my little treats chilled! - Super comfortable bed - The power washer-esque shower nearly knocked me over! - Nice scented toiletries - Ironing board and available without needing to ask reception - Wonderful view across the Manchester skyline - Great location for me, maybe 10-15 minute walk at most in any direction to main areas (Picadilly, Arndale, Deansgate, Spinningfields) with the exception of the Northern Quarter (which I knew) - Room could easily accommodate 3 adults Cons - Downstairs lobby area under refurbishment wasn't the best first impression - Lifts could get busy at different times of day - Touch controls took a little getting used to - Would have been a bit pricey at full price for me as a solo traveller but as it was I got a great deal in advance through a bit of up front research and site searching
GGuest UserWe booked here for one night. This hotel is literally a 2 minute walk from Manchester Oxford Road train station.
Check in was straight forward and fast, getting to your room even quicker. Lifts are near reception so no lugging suitcases etc. Staff were friendly, thereâs a bowl of your favourite chocolates on reception, my daughter was allowed to help herself to whatever she likedâŠthat was a nice touch.
We booked a room for 4 people, now the room was fairly small, but this is a city centre hotel at a great price. Bathroom was the right size. There is a thermostat near the door, we felt the heating could have been placed in a better location as it took a while to heat the room, the blower was right near the door, so heated that area quickly, but not the rest of the room.
Overall the hotel was clean, staff were all friendly and happy to talk if you wereâŠwe liked that too.
This hotel is used by all type of customers, families, business people, singles and couples.
The location is great, you are a 15 minute walk away from the main town centreâŠwith the Arndale Centre. In fairness I think why would you need to walk that far as thereâs loads of eateries and shops all around this hotel, enough to keep the day traveller happy.
The pictures donât fully do it justice as we had stayed in the room at the time of me taking them.
I loved the view!
I would stay here again, the price which is important was the best feature, cheapest hotel by a mile.
GGuest UserI stayed at the Milton last night the 22nd and it was excellent. I had read the reviews and was a bot concerned by them so approached the entrance with caution. Its clear the building used to be an office block and home to the DHSS. I was directed to the hotel reception where the pleasant surprises began clean airy and a very efficient and welcoming receptionist. Then onto the room which medium sized was warm the bed comfortable and the shower powerful . I ate in the bar and had a well cooked meal and a beer . Next morning breakfast was simply incredible value the selection was large the coffee good and the produce used a step up. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful . Its cheap but its great
GGuest UserExcellent views from the bar also level 3 is used for breakfast and meals lunch and evening meals lovely meals towards .manchester ,
The check in staff were polite , professional and the room was quite old fashioned for the price and for a 4 star ,
The hotel issued me with a comp check out as booked through *********** from 11am till 12pm and 2 half price drinks at the bar
Booked the night before with trip.com which was the cheapest option online cheaper than the hotel direct ,
Hotel close to train station and tram station , was working going on outside room at 8am to earn
trying to rest
GGuest UserGreat airport hotel. The room was clean and nice. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The included breakfast was good. The hotel isnât really within walking distance of the airport, an Uber is ÂŁ10 but the hotel is much cheaper in comparison to the Radisson inside the airport.
GGuest UserLocation and value for money are the reason we booked, plus that fact we spent most of the time out of the room. shower room is a good size, though the heat of the water does not need to exceed 40, for the sake of the environment. We had a basement room, bigger that other rooms apparently. yet gap between the end of the bed and the wall is tiny need to walk sideways to spend a penny at night. staff at reception knowledgeable of the surroundings.
GGuest UserWe only paid ÂŁ42 for our room as we wanted to be close to the airport âŠ. Used Twilight check in so checked our cases in today and fly in the morning. Room absolutely fine, bar area nice, prices bloody great for a hotel in Manchester especially if you get here for happy hour between 5pm and 7pm ⊠I think itâs Sunday to Thurs. The reason I am writing this review is because of a friendly, very helpful black chap named Michael, heâs awesome! I offered to buy him a drink as we were leaving as I had no cash ⊠he said he couldnât âŠ. I was gutted, he deserved it!!
