A very nice castle hotel. The service staff was very enthusiastic. There was no discrimination or impolite behavior. They were very nice to us. I couldn't speak a word of English, but they still took me to the room seriously and enthusiastically. The room was tall and there was no unhygienic place.

Wow! This is truly the best hotel in Manchester! Every room is unique. The rooms on the first floor have high ceilings which gives it a grandeur feel. The staff are excellent and really pull the stops out to make your stay here extra special. The complimentary drink to meet other hotel patrons between 5-6pm is a welcomed touch. The food in the Refuge restaurant is of a high standard and I can honestly say that their Sunday Roasts are one of the best I have ever had. Breakfast was also of excellent quality. Sunday evening live jazz in the bar creates a great vibe. What I truly like about this 5* hotel is the atmosphere. Unlike most hotels, this hotel does not have that lifeless clinical feel that the majority of hotels who are catering to business clients. There restaurant and bars are of a quality where you would want to go even if you are not lucky enough to stay in the hotel. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

This Manchester hotel is rated 5 stars on Ctrip, but 4 stars abroad! !
1. The location is right next to Oxford road station, 2 minutes walk from the hotel. No other advantages. The lobby looks good, but it is actually very inconvenient to drag a suitcase. There are many steps, and you have to go a long way to take the elevator. The hotel is very winding.
