The booking was very fast, the customer service was very prompt, and the customer service answered any questions very quickly. The 7×24-hour online customer service is great. I will still book hotels on the big platform in the future. It is very trustworthy! I will definitely use it next time!

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, was greeted by the front desk staff and given a complimentary cocktail which was a nice touch. The room however was a lot smaller than expected and was advertised as a delux queen but the wall mounting the Tv was nearly touching the bed and left very little space to move around the room.
The windows leading out to the balcony were certainly not double glazed or sound proofed and could hear a lot of noise from the street at all hours. This left us with a very poor nights sleep and a wish to get off as soon as possible to head home.
