I have been a Hilton Honors member for 20+ years and a Diamond member for the last eight. So needless to say, I am loyal to Hilton. But after my experience at the Manchester, TN Hampton, that may have to change. For this trip, my daughter had a travel credit with Delta Stays, so we used that to book a night at the Manchester Hampton. After a long day of travelling, we arrived very late in the evening to check in and were told by the desk manager that there was a problem with Delta Stays, so we would need to call them and cancel our stay (which was prepaid) and book directly with him (at a high price). No other offer to assist or at least let us get checked in while they worked it out with Delta Stays. Basically made it clear that it was not his problem. So we did call Delta Stays and they said everything looked good on their end including a successful authorization from the hotel. They offered to call the hotel to work it out, but apparently the desk manager didn't feel like picking up, so the call kept going to voicemail. Luckily for us, Delta Stays quickly called around and found us another hotel close by and moved our reservation over there, including paying the difference in price. So a big thumbs up to Delta stays for being so awesome. And also an even bigger thumbs up to Alex at the LX Hotel where we ended up staying for being so wonderful. For the owner of the Hampton, this desk manager really should not be the face of your hotel. For Hilton, I thought Diamond membership meant something, but apparently not. It may be time to rethink my loyalty to you.

Great hotel. The hotel was so clean and nice. Comfy beds and nice clean and food size bathrooms. The breakfast area was very clean, well organized and several good options to pick from. Elevators were quiet and fast. Great location for us. Several restaurants within walking distance. Front desk employee, Kaylene, was so kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Worst Hampton Inn I’ve stayed in - and most overpriced. Despite the hotel’s description on TripAdvisor as “brand new” - it is NOT new. It suffers from deferred maintenance and worn, tired decor. While the front desk staff was pleasant, it took at least 15 minutes to get checked in - either she was new or the computer was. When we got to our room, the toilet was running - instead of just giving us another room, we waited over half an hour for someone to fix it so we could use it. The shower basin was disgusting - cracks and scuffs had literally been covered over with what looked like white paint. At breakfast, the timer on the waffle maker was broken. More deferred maintenance-or unwillingness to invest in needed updates/equipment. If you’re thinking of stopping here for the night, do yourself a favor and keep driving - and this advice is coming from a loyal Hilton Honors member. This property gives Hampton Inns a bad name. If this isn’t enough to keep you from staying here, I’ll add that I had no AT&T cellular service and that your choice of restaurants is equally abysmal.

We had a recent stay booked at the Hampton Inn in Manchester, TN. I'm a diamond member, and had booked the room on points. We had unexpected vehicle issues on our way to the hotel, and had to be towed to the nearest town, and were not able to make it to Manchester that night, and had to stay in a different town. I left a message for the manager when I knew that we weren't going to make it, and as of nearly 2 weeks later, I have still not received a call back. Not only that, but they billed my credit card for over $250.00 for the room that I had booked for free on points, and are refusing to offer any sort of refund. Great way to treat one of their "Diamond" members. I've contacted Hilton customer service twice now, and have also reached out to the hotel directly to try to resolve it before leaving the review. Now three weeks later, still no contact from the hotel, and they've done nothing to remedy the situation, neither has Hilton customer service. I'd steer clear of this property.

We had a stay booked here 3 weeks ago. We are diamond member with Hilton and the stay was booked on points. We had a very unexpected vehicle issue as we were traveling in and had to be towed to a local dealership and had to stay at another Hilton property in that town. We called the hotel as soon as happened and was told by the front desk there was nothing she could do but put us in the manager's voice-mail. Instead of using our points the hotel charged our credit card as a no show for $250. No one has called us back from the hotel. We have reached out to the customer multiple times as well with no response. Very disappointed that this is how any customer is treated but especially a diamond member.

Along with other friends, we decided to head to Manchester/Tullahoma area for a weekend getaway. The hotel had ample parking and all of the staff I encountered was very friendly. Anne, our housekeeper, was extremely nice when we asked for our bed linens to be changed. She was friendly and very personable. I would stay at this property again.

The front desk staff was not very welcoming, challenged a service that was on the website, Charge a very expensive pet fee, more than any other Hampton Inn &suites that we have stayed at, yet this location was in a small town.

Stayed here one night en route north to KY. We’ve previously stayed here and our prior experience was why we chose this location again. However, this visit was much less impressive. It started when we arrived in the early afternoon and dealt with Chrissy at the front desk. She was very abrasive and not at all helpful or what we would consider “customer service oriented”. She refused to even look to see if our room was ready before 3pm (even though we are diamond members) and told us we’d be lucky if it were ready by then. After going on our way and finding something to do for 2+ hours we returned and now Paige was working. She was MUCH more friendly and willing to help in anyway possible. The room was adequate, although not the most current or updated furnishings. Breakfast was very basic, with limited options but the standard fare one would expect. No happy hour or other perms here and as diamond members all we were offered were 2 bottles of water and no snacks. Also the front desk still seems Covid crazy as they have a desk separating you from the front counter. It’s probably time to do away with that as it is off-putting (as if he attitudes of some staff weren’t bad enough). Next time we make this trip we p,an to try a different hotel.

This was an average hotel but very pricey. This PET FRIENDLY hotel charges S125 per pet!!! When I mentioned to the girl at the front desk that they should include the price on their website she was very rude.
