After contacting the hotel, we were able to arrange for a delivery service to pick up the device. The hotel staff were very cooperative throughout the entire process: they responded quickly, kept the item safe and secure, and handed it over to the delivery driver without any problems. Their efficiency and kindness were very reassuring. In addition, the room was immaculate: modern amenities, comfortable bedding, and a clean and well-designed bathroom. "We were not aware from the booking that there was no bathroom in the room, and it was a shock to discover that the toilets were shared and that there wasn’t even a sink in the toilets. There was neither hand soap nor towels. It was difficult to access our room, and we ended up getting help from the neighboring hotel. The hotel was very noisy, with a lot of disturbance from other guests, and we were woken up many times during the night. Overall, it was a really bad experience that we would not recommend."
