Hilton Garden Inn Manassas

The hotel is a nice newer facility but the staff all need training from the ground up. There was a layer of black mold in our coffee pot reservoir and the AC didn’t work at all but with the response we got from management when our kids got stuck in the elevator we didn’t think those things would get resolved. Also manager also called non stop about a noise complaint in our room for teenagers running up and down the hall that didn’t belong to us. He got snappy at 12:30 am saying he had our kids, who were in bed, on tape knocking on doors. I’m so disappointed with Hilton.

I have been here many times. Loved the service in the Summer but now it’s terrible. Front desk was unprepared and still new looks like it. The rooms are alright. Always clean when serviced, but that’s the only good thing left with this place. Walls are VERY thin. Don't book on 2nd floor. The parties below can be heard very clearly. No security guard here. There's no 24/7 gym and coffee. I once tried to book for a group event and the sales lady didn’t seem like she knew much. go somewhere else and I suggest to call and do the same. This place has fallen. It’s a fairly new hotel, but the service has plummeted.

This was our 3rd time staying at the hotel we appreciate the cleanliness in the rooms, as well as the staff, who are always pleasant and helpful. The bartenday was great and always took our dinner order. The food is very good. And it was great not driving to find a place to eat after a long day on the road.

Horrible experience with management and would NOT recommend. We stayed here for a wedding and booked under the hotel block. We cancelled one of our nights before the cancellation deadline. At checkout we were overcharged and told the charges would be dropped. However, they were not and we had to speak to management. Management told us it was Our fault and they would no longer honor the hotel block price. We escalated to corporate who also refused to honor our hotel block price. Not to mention we were also charged a no show fee even though we showed up for our reservation. We spent hours on the phone and nothing was resolved and we are still overcharged. The manager was rude and unhelpful. Don’t waste your money here because you probably won’t get it back. also, given that corporate was not helpful we do not planning on staying at any Hilton in the future.

This hotel had lovely rooms and the lobby was very nice too. Everything was very clean. We had a wonderful stay and the food we tried at the bar (we had flatbread) was good too, and we had low expectations for that! I would definitely stay there again when in the area!
