Hampton Inn Manassas

This was a great place to stay - it has earned its good reviews! The staff were very welcoming, the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was nicely prepared, it’s an easy drive from Dulles and the location was very convenient. We will gladly return when we are in the area.

Denise made our stay a magnificent one due to her very courteous manner and professionalism. We called the night prior to traveling and spoke with her, asking if we could possibly get an early check-in, due to attending a concert and needing to park at that venue early. Denise said she’d make a note in our reservation, and to call back the next day, while we were enroute, and that they’d attempt to allow us early check-in. She was aware of the issue of parking at the concert venue and also relayed to us that she’d be working at the desk, after the concert, when we returned to the hotel, and that if we needed anything to just let her know. When we called, they said our room was ready! The hotel is in a great location, the room was clean and we felt safe staying here. The breakfast had a variety of choices to choose from. Can’t really say enough about the customer service Denise provided. Her actions made this our hotel of choice whenever we stay in the Manassas area.

Comfortable bed, normal breakfast for a Hampton Inn. The reason for 4 stars is that our ID was not requested once, even when checking in or buying drinks from the small fridge next to the front desk. However, the hotel itself was perfect for visiting Bull Run.

After rain began pouring in thru hotel window I called front desk and was told to bring my things downstairs, I said I wouldn't be doing that to just get issued a new room and come back up...so 2 employees show up after I start to head downstairs, I said can a cart be brought up so I don't have to bring out my things in several trips, the red haired employee said you can, as the other employee did nothing also...2 exemplary employees who have stellar customer service skills...NOT!!!

My husband and I enjoyed some relaxing time in the breakfast area before retiring for the night. I accidentally left my purse hanging on the chair! I went into a panic when I realized it was missing the next morning. Thankfully, the staff had discovered it and had it at the front desk. They had even left me a message on my room phone. Very impressed with the staff and room overall!! Thank you, Hampton Inn, Manassas!!!

We had a 4 night stay at the Hampton Inn. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and roomy. The hotel staff was very friendly especially Peggy, she was the breakfast lady. Variety of breakfast each day . Rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily. Would stay there again.

I choose this hotel because of the reviews stating how clean is and the hotel really was! Clean bed, clean bathroom, clean towels and clean floors. This was really refreshing as some of the Hilton properties have been lacking lately. If I had one complaint it is that the pillows are too soft - one firm pillow would have been great. There was a review stating that the area was sketchy and, as a solo female traveler, I felt safe here and experienced no safety issues. I will say that the area around the McDonald's is very sketchy. The area across the stretch is a bit sketch too as I did visit the Pep Boys to get air in my rental's tire. This hotel because it was close to the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center - less than a 10 minute drive. DC was a 46 minute drive with Friday rush hour traffic and, of course, it is close to IAD.

Nancy Dominguez, Marvin, Bonnie and Denise all deserve recognition but especially Marvin who went beyond what I would have expected. During my 30 year as a US Navy Captain, I traveled all over the world. I have stayed in hotels the world over. Not one single time did I experience the level of courtesy, appreciation for me as a guest and commitment to my personal comfort, I received from Marvin the maintenance man! He deserves a raise and Corporate Office Recognition and Appreciation, sufficient to keep this man with the company!!! He would be an invaluable asset to any company, anywhere in any position. Do NOT lose him for lack of appreciation on your part!

What a trip .. 3 day stay- first things first—-this is by far the cleanest Hampton inn if not one of the cleanest hotels I have EVER stayed at. I always Clorox everything myself and do a bedbug check and - every thing was clean and fresh and even the mattresses were new. Staff is very kind and accommodating. Bonnie and Arlene- getting a shout out!! We had a huge issue with the people across the hall.. partying, babies screaming, running up and down the hall and **** smoking at all hours of the late pm and early am.. it was insane … luckily enough for us, considering it was Memorial Day weekend they had another room available for us on a different floor .. which was equally just as clean and soooooo much quieter and peaceful. Breakfast always had good choices and I am sooo thankful they had Greek yogurt as an option everyday too … pool was open.. cold but the setup is nice… only thing that I wish was different was the channel options of the tv.. it really was the bare minimum.. but that’s not a big deal .. except having reelz would be nice! This hotel is in a prime spot, just off the interstate and close to everything!
