The hotel rooms are one bedroom, one living room and two bathrooms. The room is very large. The room facilities are too old. Many toilets and sinks are broken. The room hygiene is average. Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are big and clean. Check-in/out was smooth. Many restaurants and Juffair Mall is nearby. Walking distance to Juffair beach too. Toiletries could have been better. They didn't provide supplies for the second day. Slippers were mentioned but not provided. Since, we had our own so didn't bother to enquire. Overall, a good hotel for a family.

Its very good place to stay in ,specially for families ,very quiet no night clubs and alcohol which is convenient for families to have a nice trip.

The bad experience manifested itself in practically everything. The suite we occupied for our entire stay in Bahrain was very dirty. Dust everywhere, dirty carpet, crumbs and food residues in drawers and furniture that have never been cleaned. From the glass windows you could barely see outside. The service, which should have guaranteed regular daily cleaning, was nothing more than changing towels and, if necessary, sheets. The A/C which we left on to ensure we had some fresh air when returning to the room, considering the high temperatures of the place, was regularly turned off and there was practically no difference between inside and outside. The breakfast, suitable exclusively for the Arab community and which in any case offered the same reheated dishes from the day before, even the next day until completely consumed, was unacceptable for us and the bread, which seemed to be the only resource, was old and stale days. In the end we were forced to cancel. Terrible experience, for goodness sake!!!!!
