Good hotel at manali taxi stand. Staffs are well trained. Food quality is very good. Nice room services. 24 hrs hot water available. Rooms are well decorated

Stay was good, room very good, service - both room and reception, was very good. We ordered for the morning breakfast, which was sumptuous and filling. Overall, it was a great experience.

This hotel is nightmare comes true in all its elements. Worst quality of food. Terrible customer service. Price wise they match Taj or Radisson whereas their standards are so low, you'll be better off starting in a cave than be their customer. Of all things that I had to experience, it's their total lack of regard to processes adopted to provide customer's their moneys worth: none of the dishes we had ordered were anywhere close to being edible. I'm sure as a customer you expect bare minimum quality for the money you're paying to this pathetic hotel. Everything is downhill about this property, their restaurant and their response time to solving customer grievances. Not recommended for anyone who values their money's worth.

Everything was ok except for non veg meals where we have to go to the upper restaurant which was more cooler in winter and it seems a heater was not enough to warm all people on the table. Breakfast was included but we have to order from menu which was ok to wait. Overall everything was good. Good location
