Overall it was a good experience to stay here. Staff members are polite and understanding. Rooms were clean and room service is also good.

The hotel staff does not respond at all and nothing happens to the cleaning, the staff does not come even when called. My experience was very dirty in this hotel, I have stayed 2-nights with my family here.The food at the hotel doesn't go well.

Rooms were not clean. Television was not working. Bedsheets were not clean. No hangers for hanging the cloths. Blankets were not organised. Worst experience.

Rooms had non-sound proof glasses where we get lot of noise form outside. TV is not working we complained about it to fix it on our first day but not fixed till our checkout. Geyser is not fully functional we are not getting hot water all the time. Food is average and neatness is not also not that great. Over all not value for money we get better hotels for price what they charged us.

It was a great experience here. The place was clean and the staff was very humble, and the food was also good. The view is amazing totally worth it jk sharma ji. Thakur ji rakesh ji thank you for a wonderful experience.

We had checked in before time as our bus arrived early in the morning. The staff at the reception was very humble and provided us the room within no time and before check in hours. We also ordered food from the hotel and had a delicious experience of both breakfast and dinner. The food quality and quantity both were good. Overall we stayed here for 3 nights and it was an awesome experience.
