We had pre-paid for a room that was specifically shown to us via WhatsApp, but upon our arrival, we were given a different room that was not adequately clean. This was not what we expected based on our prior communication. Additionally, I would like to address the issue of hot water availability. We were informed that hot water would not be available after 10 AM, which is quite inconvenient for guests. We had hoped for a pleasant stay, and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations."
