Location of resort is good, it's opposite malpe beach, kids loved the water sports in malpe beach. Breakfast was good, they can increase the veg options in the restaurant menu, they also have a spa and swimming pool. Overall the experience was good.

The location of the property is just next to malpe beach, that is the only big positive side. Property is old, needs renovation. Room service is okay. They will do roam service only by 3 pm. Amenities are not maintained appropriately. But there is no other decent resort or hotel nearby the malpe beach either.

Rooms are very old and needs renovation. Breakfast was good. But toilets are not maintained properly, very old fittings and can break anytime. Price is on higher side compared to the facilities provided.

Location of the hotel is good. The hotel is clean enough. Requests for early check in are not entertained and we booked an extra day, just so we could check in at 7am

Positive proximity to malpe beach negatives
rooms are just ok
food was good but morning buffet was rush on the weekends with lots of wait time swimming pool was not ready
sports and other leisure facilities are an eye wash and in poor condition

Had a wonderful stay. The rooms were really nice and tidy. The restaurant food was really good. Overall enjoyed our stay at paradise isle beach resort at udupi.

Rooms were not hygienic and also swimming pool is not well maintained. Mosquitoes were found in the room.
