"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best Place to Stay in Malia! We honestly cannot recommend this place enough — it is truly the best place to stay in Malia! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome and completely at home. Dora and her staff made our holiday even more special with the way she looked after us. Her kindness and hospitality were incredible, and she made us feel like part of the family. We actually ended up staying longer because we simply didn’t want to leave! The hotel has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and you genuinely feel like you’re part of the family rather than just another guest. The whole experience has been amazing, and we cannot wait to come back next year. And the funniest part is… we haven’t even left yet and we’re already missing it! 😂 Thank you so much for making our holiday so special. We will definitely be back! ❤️ Diolch 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Ευχαριστώ 🇬🇷"

"Booked a Suite with seaside view for 5 nights in August, we only stayed for one after discovering the real views include an abandoned building. Warning as you will not see this on any of their websites or google. Rooms from inside were nice but beds were hard and the WIFI was very weak. Such a disappointment. If you wish to stay here, I would suggest to request a room on the opposite side of the abandoned 3 storey eyesore."

"We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel has a lovely, warm, family atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Kula, the owner, is absolutely wonderful, and Amanda was also so kind and welcoming. The pool area is beautiful, surrounded by trees and nature, with such a peaceful and relaxing view. Everything is incredibly clean, spotless, and very well maintained. The location is also excellent – close to everything while still feeling calm and relaxing. This was our second stay here, and definitely not our last. Highly recommended!"

"We arrived at 23.15hrs and received a warm welcome from Yannis and Nikki the owners. Very family orientated business with Stelios, their son helping out in the bar and restaurant. Nikki should be an interior designer .. the bar, restaurant and surroundings are tastefully decorated with a beach theme. Breakfast was buffet style and there was ample choice. Dined a couple of times too and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend it. 3 minute walk from the beach."

Terrace with Jacuzzi and sea view (attention building under construction to take into account even if it does not obstruct the view). Impeccable cleanliness, very friendly common place, always free deckchairs. Small restaurant with low prices and open all day. All this not far from the hustle and bustle of Malia. Honestly excellent value for money."

"Great location but that is about all. Our room was like a prison cell, shower area was disgusting! And you would be very lucky if you had a hot shower in the morning also you could only use shower as hand held as no bracket! Stayed 11 days and only had 2 hot showers in all that time! Did complain but was told that because it was cloudy the day before the water tanks hadn't warmed the water HUH!! What an excuse. No wifi unless you sit by the pool Go cheap you certainly get what you pay for"

"From the moment we entered the hotel it took us 15 minutes to even see a member of staff. When the manager came down to check us in he was EXTREMELY rude to the point I genuinely thought he could be putting on some sort of act or joke. I was there with 5 male friends and from the get go he began immediately insulting us and when we asked what his problem is he let us know he’s more than happy to immediately kick us out and keep our money. His attitude and behaviour was abysmal and by this point all we had done was walk into the hotel and wait ages to see someone. When anyone of us would attempt to speak to him he would tell us to “shut up or leave” and this was still whilst we were attempting to check in, this is when we called him out on his attitude and his threats were made. “You don’t like my attitude? Leave, f*ck off”. An absolute immature rude man-child, we are paying customers of your sh*tty hotel, at least give us a slither of respect. We noticed he would only ever do this to male customers and witnessed him acting the same way to other groups of lads. You could practically whisper in your room and he would come up and give you a noice complaint and threaten to kick you out. He needs to be shut down, fired and banned from working in any hospitality roles, it’s a shame because the actual hotel itself wasn’t bad but was completely spoiled by his constant rude immaturity"

"When i arrived to the hotel, i was not treated well and she spoke to me horribly the staff was awful and rude and the rooms was a mess, this hotel needs to be investigated as there was bodily fluids left in the room on the pillow, do not go here it is awful"

"Lovely grounds once on the place and very close to beech. Lovely staff and rooms were fine. Breakfast was lots of eggs so be prepared for that. It just got a bit more of the same but we made the most of it. We went here just to get some sun for 2 weeks but probably won't go back to Malia. But I stress the complext was fine. Lovely pool"
