Great stay for a family with kids but slippery tiles by the pool, kids fall down with bruises. The internet is disgusting. The food is great. Sea across the road.

Great location. Across the street from the beach, restaurants and shopping all walkable, short train ride to Barcelona. Hotel rooms a little dated but overall property and staff was great.

L’hôtel ne correspond pas à un 4* supérieur. Repas très moyen, mobilier abimé dans la chambre (bas de meuble abimé, colonne de douche cassée donc douchette qui ne tient pas, sur un des lit un des pieds cassés, peinture et taches sur fauteuil et rideaux de la chambre, aucune isolation phonique dans la chambre). Nous avons eu un rabais sur le parking voiture de l’hôtel, heureusement car le parking ressemble plus à un champ qu’à un parking. L’hôtel et les services ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix payé. Par contre, personnel très sympathique !

Première chose dès qu’on arrive devant l’hôtel, on retrouve une odeur d égoût ainsi que dans ma chambre L’hôtel est très mal situé, il y a le train qui passe juste devant. Ça commence à 6h du matin jusqu’à 22 heures donc si vous voulez vous reposer c’est pas l’idéal On se demande comment cet hôtel peut avoir quatre étoiles il est vieillissant et mal entretenu. Lors de mon séjour il a plu, la salle de restaurant s’est transformé en piscine. À mon arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. J’ai retrouvé des poils dans la douche et des cheveux sur le sol. La literie est de très mauvaise qualité. Ma compagne est revenue avec un torticolis. Nous étions en demi-pension. Les repas sont de très mauvaise qualité. La salle est très petite. Il faut faire la queue une heure pour pouvoir manger le personnel n’est pas franchement très sympathique

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Friendly, polite staff who really couldn’t do enough for us. They was so very helpful and catered to all our needs and wants. The food was delicious and presented lovely. A large variety and something different every day. The hotel was cleaned everyday! The cleaning staff work so hard to maintain and it really shows. Entertainment was different every night and all great! The pool was impeccably kept, outside areas cleaned everyday also. Winning cava/spa(for the whole room) was a lovely touch to bingo, we all loved it! Over all lovely stay! Thankyou all staff at europa splash ❤️

Definitely isn't all that bad as people make out. We arrived around 230am in the morning rooms were nice clean tidy BUT only thing is there was 5 of us 2 adults 3 children in one room 2 double beds and one single bed apart from that room was good. We had a balcony looking towards the hotel with pool. Food: was alright didn't like pizza there i enjoyed pasta and sauce with cheese & garlic bread with chips & ice cream and fruit. Plenty of drink machines for fruit juice and hot drinks. Unlimited slush ice cream milkshakes fizzy pop for all inclusive. We ate out mainly every day at an Indians called Shaan & India beautiful food aswell as the kebab shop called Turkish grill along the *****. Entertainment wasn't the best, was ok on some nights better then others. But it's what you make of it yourself. We went to golf ⛳️ around the corner 5€pp with any drink. Parc along the road approx 20 mins away. The pool was cold but still ok for kids they loved it. There was a little train aswell but we never got the chance to get on it as didn't know how to. Also a train runs to Barcelona city centre if you get on just past spar shop. I'd give this hotel 8/10 as was outta season and shops weren't all open. Would come back and explore abit more.

El hotel tiene una categoría de 4* superior y para mi no le corresponde esta categoría. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, sobre todo en el comedor. La comida de muy poca calidad y el personal que hay no entiende el español salvo los de recepción y dos chicas del comedor.

Skitten i ganger og på rom. Ødelagte ting på bad, f.eks dusj, vindu kan ikke låses mm. All inclusive, til maten virket ofte ikke brus maskinen. Mye venting pga for få bord i spisesalen.
