Divalin Hotel Malatya merkeze uzak sayılabilecek bir konud (+) Otelin artıları, sakin huzurlu bir otel, çalışanların nezaketi. Ayrıca oda ferah, kahvaltı zengin. (-) Otelin eksileri bazı konularda ihmalkarlar. Odama çalışmak için bir sandalye istedim resepsiyondan ilki alaka süper ama sonuç yok. Tam 3 kez aradım ve 1 saat sonra geldi. Yine aynı şekilde oda servisinden bir makarna istedim tam 45 dk sonra geldi. O da 2. aramamdan sonra. Hiç lezzetli bulmadım. Tatsız tutsuz bekar işi idi. Bir de odalarda banyo malzemelerinde ucuza kaçmışlar. Ayrı sabun ve şampuan yerinde duvara monteli kalitesiz sabun ve şampuanlar var. Bastırarak kas yapıyorsunuz resmen.. Bunların dışında güzel, sakin bir otel. Gürültü yok denecek kadar az.( Yol gürültütü hariç tabi ama bu araba sesi beni rahatsız etmez pek)
