We booked a twin room, but the air conditioner didn't work. The front desk came and changed it to a king-size room for us. We stayed for three nights without any compensation. When we checked out, we asked for a refund of the price difference, but they refused to give it to us.

Beautiful decotion at the lobby with the feel of Melaka heritage. The Baba restaurant sell the best cendol with gula Melaka. Lots of cafe opens at night surrounding the hotel area
