Excellent service from the staff at Courtyard, everyone were so friendly and warm. The room is spacious with an amazing view.

Went there for a 3D2N stay.
Pros
- room service respond is fast and polite
- location is convenient
- breakfast buffet is ok with Chinese, Indian and Malay food option.
Cons
- washroom wall is stained
- sound proof to be improved : can hear very loud mosques prayer every morning from 530am onwards. You can also hear next door flushing toilet bowl too.
- bed sheet and towel are stained
- poor room management system : I booked and paid for a king bed room, but in the end I was informed that king bed room are all fully booked and I have to bare with twin bed room. The receptionist told me that there is nothing that they can do. Cannot imagine this service comes from Marriott group.

Hotel very big and busy. Room not available during check in and had to wait till very late. Hotel was apologetic for the late check in though.
