lovely hotel and nice interior. price is also reasonable. it is a bit far from attractions but most people drive touring around slovenia so not a problem. got a supermarket next to it so it convenient except it doesnt open on Sunday. Eva at the reception who is an intern is lovely and wonderful. It was a bit chaotic during check-in yet she was still patient and polite.

Very nice hotel, clean, good breakfast, very close to the highway. It has electric chargers 22kw for 0.49eur / kw. (Or ionity really close). It has a restaurant with a kids playground.
The parking is free.

Amazing oasis of comfort and style. We had a very pleasant one night stay. Beds are comfortable and the whole facility is brand new and very stylish. Breakfast alone worth to stay at this hotel.

It's a nice little new hotel right at the main E-W highway. No noise from the HW. The kitchen staff is a bit overwhelmed at breakfast, so that could be improved with better logistics or more staff.

I would like to share my experience with the customer service of Hotel A, Zalec. Recently, I sent an email to the hotel late in the evening, and to my surprise, they responded almost immediately and very quickly. This thoughtfulness deserves praise, as we know how challenging it can be to provide answers at such late hours. The response email was clearly articulated, polite, and contained precise information, which was extremely valuable to me. The patience and expertise of the customer service staff is outstanding, and their efficiency is truly impressive. I would like to especially commend the management for their selection and training of the staff. It is evident that the hotel places great emphasis on providing the best for its guests, and this is reflected in their excellent customer service. Thank you for the fantastic experience, and I look forward to being a guest at Hotel A, Zalec again. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding customer service!
