Al Massa Grand Hotel

Booked a twin room and was given a room with four beds.

Hello, I just arrived at the hotel, it seems not very far from Masjid El Haram but the rooms are not really what I expected, simple yes but dirty no... I'm afraid of finding bedbugs or similar things, I see that there are animals in the corners and that cleanliness is not a given here... The bathroom is really filthy for me... not only is it not pretty but also under the sink everything is open the finishes are not done so you can see the pipes and holes where lots of animals could lodge... The corners of the parquet floor are not closed likewise an opportunity for animals to live there... Okay it's not the most expensive hotel in the area but honestly for this price I found better here. Also I don't know if you are afraid of noise but you can hear everything behind the door when you are in your room and the noise of the fridge and some electrical appliances are still very pronounced... I have not yet discussed with the reception to see if they have other rooms that may be better maintained or made differently I don't know but in this one I feel that it is gloomy to see now the type of customer service and if other alternatives. But for the classic rooms this is what I see and think.
