Fast wifi. Nice street view from room. The room I booked costs least so no balcony to sit, just a balcony for aircon compressor. I love the washing machine as I have a few T-shirts to wash. Detergent can be bought in savemore supermarket right under the condo. Room has the living room and kitchen but I didn’t cook. Nice area to stay. Need to register and have our photos taken with the Admin at Lobby before we went up our room which is on 19th floor. 2-3 days before arrival, we sent them photos of our passports and got an authorization letter to stay. When we arrived, they said we still needed to register. Waited quite long as their computer had a problem and they restarted and there were more than 10 guests that time. Pool on 8th floor and you need to pay 150 Peso per person to use. Very fast response each time I email the Host. Over we enjoyed our stay.

Vreat hotel. Locatiob is great . Transport easily accessible, great food around the hotel area. Shopping is easy with Waltermart, the Beacon and Makati Square just across the road. Friendly staff and the restaurant serves decent and cheap food. Like the happy hours prices. Good for family stays.

The place was quite good. However, the ceiling fan should be checked always as it gave us anxiety because of the noise as well as their AC.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. The location is good because it's near a lot of establishments. The hotel also is nice. Rooftop, gym and work area. But the problem is the pool. It's dirty and a lot of algae. I already informed the staff but took 1 day before they close it. The problem as well is when the close it. They didn't clean it. They just close it. How can guest enjoy if that is the case?

This is my go-to hotel. All the staff here are wonderful and so accommodating. They excel in doing their jobs. You will see their hard work and dedication to provide the best service they can offer. Kudos to Ella and Jess for making a highly efficient team. The management is lucky to have them. The bldg has an excellent location with proximity to railway. A great deal in a prime area. Rooms are clean with comfy bed and pillows. There is a convenience store just beside the hotel. Guests will surely come back. Your home in Mandaluyong.

Stayed for one night here. Location is quite okay as it was within walking distance to SM and Market market. There is alsp a 711 store just beside the hotel. However note this hotel is somewhere along the boundary of BGC. We didn't have any problems here. The room is clean. What we liked was the bed was really a ”hotel” bed. The TV is also a bit TV and had a lot of international channels. AC was small but it did provide the right cool temp for sleeping. One thing we noticed is that there were some snacks left in our room's cabinet (chicharon and bucheron). When we checked out, they asked if it was ours. I think this should have already been cleaned before us checking in to the hotel. Water pressure is strong and toilet is clean. But the hair dryer provided to us was not working. Checkout process took us around 10mins as they really check the room. Should be ok if you are not in a rush. Parking is abundant. Around 12 slots on the basement, plus 2 more slots which by default is closed (they might open these slots if needed). There are also some parking slots just outside the hotel. Overall a bang for buck hotel and would recommend!

We had a delightful stay at the Grand Westside Hotel, perfect for our relaxing weekend escape. Despite the hotel being newly opened and still undergoing some construction, the facilities and room were both adequate and comfortable. A special highlight was the breakfast, featuring an extensive and satisfying menu. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Kim, for helping us book our room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

It is my first time and my whole family staycation in Solaire North. It is very accessible to us since it is near our place and since it is beside a mall. Me and my family enjoyed so much in this hotel. Everything exceeds our expectations. Me, together with my whole family loves staying here. Everything smells so fresh. Far way different to all the hotels we have been to. Staffs are so hospitable, all willing to help and assist. We couldn't ask for more. I would just like to special mention Daryl from the housekeeping department he always extends his helping hands to us specially me who has two children, always asking me and my whole family members if we need anything else and if there is any help he can gives us. He also ensures our comfortability and our needs have been met by continuously asking us if i and my family needs something and/or having his own initiative to help even without being asked. Our room always stays fresh, clean, and restocked with all the staff that we will need during our stay. It was a unforgettable stay and experience. We are so glad to have him as our housekeeping staff during our stay. And will definitely personally request for him again as he is very attentive and easy to deal with.
