Last minute check in and place went beyond my expectations. Been curios about staying here ever since and was genuinely happy they were able to survive the pandemic. Great value for money, room and bathroom were clean. Tv was working properly. Bed is comfortable. Receptionist was very accommodating too! Nearby poblacion area with the latest restos and party places. Would recommend for those who appreciate and respect historical landmarks in the metro 🤍

Rooms are great clean and large plenty of room. Service and cleanliness is great. I'm fussy and this hotel ticks every box you will be feel like your at home. Also in a great location away from the main roads and traffic but close enough to everything

Terrible stay no daily room clean no new clean towels or replacement of water Stayed 5 nights only stayed as payed up front no refund also booked for a night the filling week but didn’t even stay as the place is dirty with no house keeping asked for a one night refund the week before and told no refund

Stayed at the property last Nov. 9 to 12, 2021. Location is good as it is within Makati CBD. Red lane part of the area can be avoided by traversing a different street. The staff are responsive, courteous, and accommodating to concerns. Convenient stores are close by as well as different dining establishments. Security monitoring is good as well. The place seemed sanitized with available alcohol/disinfectant along the halls. The room is spacious with available furnishing/appliances. Wifi speed is ok. Hot water for shower is available. Outside noise is reduced from the inside. A bit of a personal nitpicking: 1. TV cable/black box setup is a bit erratic. Didn't watch on it anyways. 2. Lacking white light. Lights inside the room are yellow. Window is big though and can accommodate the daylight. 3. No bidet. Hehe

Clean apartment and a very helpful girls Chinne and Jane they will help you with anything you ask them 😊Walking distance to bars and restaurants including fast foods. Nearby embassy offices and VFS! Merci Beaucoup

The staffs are very approachable and accomodating.The room was excellent in cleaniliness with complete set of appliances.Very cozy and convenient,a lot of food shops nearby.All in all,best place to stay when your in Manila!.Most recommended!Hope to stay there again.
