We didn’t like the view from our room. They located us a construction site which is funny coz what I’ve booked is City View. As well as the room is at the end of the hall way which is creepy. I asked if they could relocate us but offered a room upgrade. The first time I booked here was great coz I really got the city view and high floor.
I have nothing to say with the breakfast buffet because it’s great and we really enjoyed the variety of food.
Hoping not just because we use trip coins to book a room the treatment is different. We earned it and it’s unfair if you give us uncomfortable room.

Clean lobby and public areas with a nice roof bar/pool. Rooms were comfortable with everything in working order. Service was the best part. From check-in to cleaning staff, great attentive service!

Amazing hotel. Clean, great amenities and the staff are super friendly. We used the spa, pool, and gym. I would recommend staying here.
The only negatives are the food is expensive and we asked for milk for our tea and it never arrived.

It was a good stat. Lots of foreigners and could be too busy and noisy if you’re looking for something quiet or if this is a business trip. This is a good place to stay to enjoy the Makati nightlife. good breakfast and amenities
