Leider kann man sich nicht auf die Webseite verlassen. Die Bilder sind nicht von diesem Haus, sondern vom Osejava Hotel. Frühstück gibt es keines. Ebenso keine Reception, den Schlüssel muss man unten in der Bar holen. In der eigentlichen Reception (abgeschlossen) steht der Putzwagen und viel Chaos. Auskünfte bekommt man keine, da die Bar nichts mit dem Apartel zu tun hat. Das Zimmer ist schmutzig, unter dem Bett wurde so wie es aussieht diese Saison noch nie geputzt. Ebenso Schimmel und Schmutz im Bad und auch die Küche ist nicht sauber. Den Eingang muss man suchen, man muss durch einen Hinterhof, in welchem Abfall und vieles mehr herumliegt. Als wir endlich jemanden kontaktieren konnten, sehr unfreundliche Person, hiess es, es ist halt alt, neues sei geplant. Und trotzdem gibt sich das Haus 4 Sterne !!!!!!!! Von Einheimischen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass schon viele Gäste mit dem Apartel Osejava sehr unzufrieden waren. Also absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Spacious and comfortable studio apartment central to the Riva main front of the stunning Makarska. Clean and, although a bit dated, all you need. Excellent air con (needed!). We stayed in a sea facing studio with the most spectacular view!

My husband and I spent the night in this hotel. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. But the best part was the balcony, it was the most AMAZING view ever we would definitely recommend the Opus room and if I'm ever in Makarska again we will spend it here. The girl on reception was very friendly too.

More than 100€ per night without breakfast in a cramped room with a kitchenette whose electric hotplates do not work torn balcony furniture does not even change your bathroom towels no cleaning in fact obliged to ask for a broom on the floors And it is said apart hotel !!!!!! I strongly advise against it is better to give 100€ in a real hotel with the services and minimum a breakfast at this price
