Our 5-night stay at Alila Diwa Goa was nothing short of exceptional, largely due to the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a seamless check-in experience and were delighted with a surprise room upgrade – setting the perfect tone for our stay. Two staff members in particular stood out and made our experience truly unforgettable: Shania exemplified the art of personalized service. Her local recommendations were spot-on, particularly The Southern Deck, which was great! What impressed us most was her genuine interest in our satisfaction – not only did she help arrange transportation, but she also followed up to ensure we enjoyed our experience. This level of attentiveness is rare and greatly appreciated. Then there's Ramchandra – honestly where to even begin! An absolute legend who deserves special recognition. Never have we encountered someone with such genuine passion and dedication to their role. His property tour was more than just a walk-through; it was a heartfelt journey through what he clearly considers his second home. The pride and enthusiasm he showed while explaining some of the lesser observed / known details of the Alila property was truly heartwarming. His deep loyalty to the Alila brand was evident in every interaction, making our stay even more memorable. Alila should be so thankful to have him there - this kind of loyalty and dedication is unseen and amazing to see! The combination of professional service, genuine warmth, and outstanding staff like Shania and Ramchandra has made us eager to return. They've transformed what could have been just another hotel stay into an experience we'll never forget. We're already looking forward to our next visit, especially to see Ramchandra's warm smile again!

Perfect Staycation. Very helpful staff. Excellent service. Was a perfect way to unwind and spend a n intimate celebration with loved ones. My daughter enjoyed her time with her father the most. Will definitely come back to stay for a longer period.

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff. The pool was amazing, the food was delicious, very comfortable bed. Very well maintained pool and grounds. Could not fault it. Would definitely stay there again if in the area. Very peaceful surroundings.
