There were some aesthetic issues: paint job, rusting metal lamps etc. There was humidity on the ceiling from a leak and the smell of sewage in the bathroom is very strong. These all take away from the comfort. For the price, this should not be.

Habitaciones descuidadas, pésimo mantenimiento, el aire acondicionado no servía en un cuarto, el baño no servía en otro, el otro tenía un olor a caño, el ultimo fue el único funcional pero tuvimos que sacrificar la vista al mar. Nos dieron un desayuno en cortesía por las molestias. Las regaderas no tenían puertas, salía toda el agua cuando me bañaba. El restaurante con calidad muy variable en la preparación de sus platillos. Buena ubicación. No regreso, no recomendaría a nadie ir a menos de que arreglen su hotel. Yo entiendo que pagué una tarifa económica, pero un aire acondicionado funcional y un baño funcional es indispensable en cualquier hotel de playa.

Fuimos al restaurante pensando que íbamos a tener una gran experiencia porque se ve limpio y agradable, pero no fue así. Nos tomaron la orden como ellos quisieron, pedimos tostadas de camarón y nos llevaron tacos de camarón (raquiticos, con unos 6 camaroncitos) a 100 pesos cada taco, por cierto. Las bebidas que son lo primero que te llevan en un restaurante, las llevaron hasta que acabamos los alimentos, y eso porque les dijimos. Pero eso sí, estaban los meseros papaloteando. Es una lástima, porque queríamos regresar, incluso la posibilidad de hospedarnos ahí, porque se ve bien, pero con esto no regresaremos ni recomendamos para nada acudir a ese lugar.

El hotel esta bien cumple con lo contratado, el club de playa y la playa muy bien, la atención del personal es buena y cordial, la comida la pizza es muy buena, lo único malo pero es en general del lugar que no te dejan acceder alimentos y bebidas, pero como comento esto es en general en todos los lugares de la zona así que no es exclusivo del hotel
