A great hotel with a great environment and friendly staff.
There is a small hot spring (actually a small swimming pool) with free fruit tea and fruits.
There are many places to play around, suitable for driving or cycling
The only drawback I feel is that the bed is a bit small. It was a bit crowded for the two of us to sleep. It was described as a twin room but in fact the bed was very small.
Breakfast was great! Highly recommended! Perfect English breakfast

Nice location near to where we needed to be.
Service could be better, reception unmanned sometimes to have to look around for check in etc which took a while.

Lovely place and nice grounds. Clean rooms. Large outdoor spa pool. Very relaxing. Wonderful breakfast. Reception area is a little odd, just a table in the hallway. But otherwise great stay.

I came here with my friend for afternoon tea. Hulya has been so great, she’s such a great photographer and really friendly. She made our day and we will definitely come again. The afternoon tea was great, the view is beautiful, at a nice summer day would be wonderful

I went to Taplow house this morning for the sunrise spa package. The spa is very small but it is beautiful and clean and the staff are all lovely and welcoming. It was perfect for me to just get away and enjoy a quiet morning to myself. The package included a 30 minute treatment. I chose a massage which was done by Kiki. She was super sweet and did a great job. When I came out from my treatment there were 3 deer wandering around the garden and I watched them for ages from the warm bubbly pool. They came right up to the terrace to nose around. It was a very enjoyable experience. After the spa I went upstairs to the beautiful Grenfell room for a tasty two-course lunch. It was slow but I wasn't in a hurry and the staff were happy and friendly. Overall I can recommend the package if you're looking for a quiet morning in a small spa with beautiful surroundings. I was lucky with the weather though - it's probably not the best spa to visit if it's raining as there is only one pool and it is outside.

I attended an afternoon spa experience with lunch and really enjoyed it. The meal was delicious and service very friendly. The spa experience was just what I was looking for. I tried the glorious mud body treatment done by a therapist called Kiki who was very professional and experienced. The products used smelled incredible. I highly recommend it!

I’ve used hotels throughout the Uk and Europe. This is the worst I’ve ever been to. The hotel management is poor and inconsiderate. On a practical note, the ventilation system was noisy and on 24/7. The basin taps required the use of flannels to operate them.
