The bed was made of stone, AC was broken, sheets and pillow case were used and had dirty spots on them. Broken furniture and poor service. They barely have any intentions to make you feel good. I had to tell them thrice in the intervals of an hour just to get me a blanket and a towel which were missing on their end. Food was okay too.There were house lizards moving across the rooms and even in the washroom. Hooks to hang your clothes were missing in the bathroom. Tea bags and coffee powder ***** with the cup was age old.

The family suite we booked was spacious and clean. It's worth the price they've charged. Service is excellent. I'd recommend staying at this place

The place is located on a bank of a lake and there are lot of mosquitoes. Besides the cot is made of concrete and you need to bee very careful otherwise it will hit you badly. More importantly i was not satisfied with the restaurant manager during breakfast where he initially denied breakfast saying that it is not included without properly checking the tariff. He created an embarrassing situation although we had breakfast included.

The stay with our family was awesome we had an amazing time at their family suite. The food was delicious, the staffs were caring and friendly, the service was amazing. Only drawback was with indoor games sufficient equipment’s weren’t available. The rest was awesomely good 🙏🏼

Good experience. Room amenities are top notch. The hotel is located on little outskirts from mahabalipuram city. Hotel staff are very courteous and they are fluent in hindi (rare feature in tamilnadu. There restaurant server good tasty food, only veg; for non veg other options is there - only room service.

though i thought lift is not there and its going to be a bad stay after the hospitality and staying in the spacious rooms my perceptions changed. rooms are clean spacious and wonderful. all sight seeing is very much near so didnt get tired soon. food delivered was very good aince we stayed in 3 different hotels in pondicherry mahabalipuram and chennai niravana was the best stay and food we had. hot poori and subgi was the best .
cons : swimming pool is bit odd and looked like kids pool. we havent used it . if its for 2 day stay for outing dont mind the pool problems 🙂
