we have booked 3 rooms and visited this property on 01jul-02jul. at reception lady staff have cleared formalities and other f&b manager came to introduce us about rooms. both of them not explained that AC is only available in 2 rooms out of 3 which effect lot to our stay over there. same was complained to in charge MR KIRAN, he said other room not available or else i can shift to other room, another problem phone lines are dead, Lavatory flash not working but they don't have solution for anything. GM Mr. SHINOD switch off the phone at night and in the morning he said i was hear only but due to network my phone was down may be, as per his other staffs available there, he does like this only so staffs are also helpless. at the end of the argument and around 12:30 am midnight we came to know that out of 18 cottage only 2 rooms are there with AC. next day morning, lights gone and as per staff diesel also not available for generator its hard to complaint morning routine. but again staff leave their desk and was helpless to answer they were hiding their self from guest. around 10:00 am MR SHINOD came to the picture, listen us and our problem and at last he said sorry sir this is only we can offer, we are helpless. we have complain for the same to booking agent and ask for refund also, but no response from Hotel team. Pros: well designed cottage they need to maintain it at priority. Cons: Reaching to the property is not easy avoid at night and when fog is there, No responsible Staff for any solution, Poor Management (we can say no management staff only "iski topi uske sar" behaving staffs and last they say Sorry we are helpless), Restaurant Smells so bed,
