Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa

The property is lush green and there are more than 15000 trees. You won't feel the sun even in the scorching afternoon heat! The service and the hospitality is amazing! Not to forget amazing breakfast spread! One suggestion could be the in house activities like the forest trek could be free and should not be charged additional. And there should be some extra activities which should be included free if cost like cycling, nature trek etc. Since we were celebrating an occasion the staff made sure they made it extra special for us...the in house restaurant Woods is also beautiful...overall the stay was wonderful and memorable for us. Special mention to Kapil Jana..the entire breakfast staff and staff of Woods. Many thanks to each one of them .. Thank you!

Stayed in the resort with family for 4 nights. It was a wonderful stay with such serene atmosphere in the entire property among the woods. The villa where we stayed was very well equipped and very well maintained. Breakfast spread at restaurant was pretty big with Indian as well as international cuisine. Service from Live Stations for all the hot items was very prompt. Food was very delicious and chefs deserve compliments. All the staff was really very hospitable. Rishabh Dongre, Tanya, Simmi at Reception were very nice & helpful. Kheemraj, Aman, Abhishek, Sanket, Anwesha at restaurants were extremely courteous and excellent professionals and took really good care. Kheemraj Tiwari in particular was so very kind with our kid. Jitender with activities including kids’ bicycles, toy car was so nice with our child. Only problem we faced was that WiFi was very temperamental and choppy. The management tried to help by providing dongle but that didn’t work too. WiFi in these days is a must and if it is in such poor state becomes a huge handicap and hernce request the management to fix it asap. However, all in all, it was a memorable stay at the resort and would certainly like to stay there again.

Our stay at Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar was amazing, especially since it was our first trip with our 4-year-old daughter. The hotel is beautifully set in the mountains, with peaceful surroundings and lovely views everywhere you look. The grounds are large and full of greenery, making it feel like a refreshing escape into nature. The food was excellent, with plenty of options that we all enjoyed, especially our little one. Chef Bibhuti Panda, ***** with Samurddhi and Arti from the restaurant team, made every meal feel special. The kids’ activities, waterpark, and temperature-controlled pool were perfect for our daughter and allowed us to relax while she had a great time. We also really appreciated the personal touches. Salman from the front desk arranged a beautifully decorated room and a birthday cake, which made our stay even more memorable. The staff’s kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly welcome, and we can’t wait to come back to this wonderful property again.

The good things first.. the property in itself has a lot of things to do.. heated pool, heated kids water park.. completely surrounded by nature.. the bad now.. The service is just not upto the mark.. whether it’s the restaurants or general room service.. again Marriott bonvoy you can’t create a brand with such pathetic service… there were some good parts though like Sakshi and other staff at their breakfast area.. that’s about it.. they need to really train their staff with better service standards.. charging bombs but such pathetic service standards.. property is completely avoidable….
